Holiday rentals with a patio in Del Coco Beach

The place can be a little difficult to find. Google Maps had a hard time with the dirt roads once you left Coco Beach. But, house is wonderful and close to town

Will was an excellent host and the condo was in an excellent gated complex with access to amenities and many restaurants nearby.

Appartement parfait avec vue imprenable. Notre hôte, David, a été très disponible, à l'écoute et très agréable. Bien situé pour visiter les différentes plages et villages du secteur. Nous recommandons de louer un 4x4 pour éviter le stress des routes du CR et la montée au logement. Pas de souci pour opter pour le chemin proposé par Google de l'aéroport, beaucoup plus court. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise d'utiliser la piscine ou autre facilité de la propriété. L'appartement est confortable et très propre. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

The place was perfect for our situation. We had a flight that was supposed to go to SJO and instead ended in Liberia, which resulted in us staying overnight. So we decided to have a few days in a beach town and stayed here. It was the perfect way to make lemonade out of lemons.

Our stay was amazing! The property is beautiful, we even saw monkeys in the tree from our balcony. We loved how close it was to town but also secluded enough so we could enjoy nature. Would love to stay again! Keep in mind the parking spots are at the bottom of a steep driveway. Not far by any means but it is a steep walk up.

Had a good stay at Lucas' place. Its a cosy, simple apartment that has everything you need, away from the noise of the centre but walking distance to the centre avenue and the beach. There is a good gym nearby that offer weekly and daily passes (if that's your thing). There's also supermarkets nearby if you need to stock up. Lucas himself is super friendly and always responsive. From the moment I booked his place, to the moment I left. He also owns a surf shop, which I recommend checking out. I went kayaking and surfed for the first time ever! Which was tough, but good fun. Overall it was a great stay and I'd happily do it again. Pura Vida 🤙🏼

Ana’s place was perfect, just enough out of the busy area to feel tranquillity, but still close enough to all things and easily walkable. Communications were great and very helpful, I loved staying here. Thank you for everything and kickstarting my first Costa Rican experience! Would love to be back one day :)

We stayed for one week. We loved how peaceful it was and the pool was much needed. The monkeys are the highlight - they come and go without any bother. Could watch them all day.

The pool was the best part! We could have laid out all day long! Super fast hot water. Great view. Easy to communicate with!

We had a fantastic stay. It was the perfect spot for our family, and we appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was, as well as the availability of beach towels. It felt like home for the few weeks we were there. Alexandre was really helpful and friendly, and gave great recommendations for the area. Would stay again!

The rental unit was exactly as we expected from the listing. In particular, a covered area on the roof deck was perfect for watching the sunset. A few comments from other guests had given me the impression that it might be necessary to drive to get to local shops or restaurants. Although we had a car, we found that almost nothing in town was more than a 10-15 minute walk away. (That said, a car was best for a trip to the grocery store.) Jennifer and Brian were both very helpful and responsive, not only in addressing a couple minor questions about the rental, but also in giving some advice about the area. All in all, a very nice stay!

The first thing I thought when walking in was that everything looks exactly like the pictures. The place was spotless and the neighborhood is perfectly private and quiet. Security was attentive and friendly. You will definitely need a car to get around because the property is about 5-10 minutes from Tamarindo beach. It's a great location for a quiet relaxing getaway with a short drive to shopping, dining, and night life. We stayed for a week and would definitely come back next time we visit Costa Rica. We even saw a few howler monkeys in the nearby trees! Also, the water pressure and temperature were fantastic. No complaints at all.

I recently spent an incredible 40 days in Tamarindo, Costa Rica, while exploring investment opportunities, and this has been my favorite stay by far. The host was incredibly attentive, and the housekeeper ensured everything was pristine and welcoming throughout my visit breakfast is offered daily and was exceptional. The luxury property is beautifully situated, offering a breathtaking bird's-eye view of the lush forests and the ocean below. The layout features two separate casitas and one primary bedroom in the main house, providing ample space and privacy. The stunning kitchen and living area overlook the infinity pool, creating a perfect backdrop for relaxation and entertaining. Access to the house is gated and easy, making for a secure and comfortable experience. I truly felt at home during my stay. If you're considering a visit to Costa Rica, I highly recommend booking this property without hesitation!

My family of 5 had an amazing time here! Our three boys (16, 13, and 8) loved the house, the pool, and the great vibe here. The house and surroundings are even better than the pictures, which is saying something since the pictures made it look like paradise. Monica was extremely responsive—more so than any host I’ve ever dealt with previously. They have everything you could possibly need for your stay. The area is gorgeous and Playa Grande is a cute town with great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Realmente un lugar super acogedor para una familia, nos sentimos como en casa, tiene todo tipo de comodidades, la limpieza impecable y el anfitrión super amigable y pendiente de que tuviéramos una excelente experiencia... Sin duda alguna uno de nuestros destinos favoritos, volveremos pronto!!!

Jessica's place was amazing! We are a family of 4 and it fit us perfectly! The beds were very comfortable, plenty of blankets, pillows and extra sheets for a pull out bed in the couch (the couch bed wasn't very comfortable but what pull out bed really is, our son loved it and said it perfectly fine). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all meals. The grocery store is within walking distance. We walked to the pools, played pickle ball at the courts and relaxed in the hot tub. The security guards were very nice and we felt very safe. We will be back!

This place was a luxurious treat to stay in, and helped our family of four (15 and 9 year old) have a great homebase for our time in Costa Rica. We arrived to a perfectly stocked kitchen, ready to use. Beach towels and pickle ball equipment was all there to use. A highlight was early morning coffee and family dinners on the idyllic porch surrounded by palm trees tops, watching the birds swoop through the trees. Tammy, you have a wonderful place, so thoughtfully put together and well-curated and cared-for, and Will, you are a wonderful contact and were so helpful with all our questions. The amenities were out of this world – with the swimming pools, lounge chairs and gardens – so easy to access and enjoy from this condo. Enjoying the stars from the vantage of a night swim or hot tub was another highlight for sure! The grocery store is a very short walk away, and we cooked lots of meals at home. This was our first visit to Costa Rica. It was also our first destination out of five. We were looking for somewhere to relax and rest before we continued. Our place was perfect! Well stocked, clean, serene and beautiful. Our host, Sebastian, was really helpful. He found our friends, who had been a bit lost (no gps) and told us where to go for SIM cards. We swam in the pool And the ocean as well.

I had just been injured in a motor bike accident. This place was so peaceful. The house was comfortable and full of amenities to make it easy to navigate while recovering.
