We had such a wonderful stay at this location just outside of Cooperstown! The space was cozy, clean, and well decorated—perfect for relaxing after long days of watching baseball . The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet, yet just a short 4 min drive All Star Village and to other Cooperstown attractions, including the Hall of Fame. The hosts were thoughtful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this charming spot to anyone visiting the area—we’d definitely come back!

A great spot for All Star Village Cooperstown tournament. It was close to shops and a short drive to the fields. Our family of four had an awesome week. Place was clean, comfortable and convenient.

Had a beautiful stay here. Was attending a meditation retreat nearby and this place was very convenient. Stayed with a friend and the house was very large had plenty of space and also a nice backyard and view. Host is so nice and was very helpful. Wifi was excellent! Would stay again!

Our stay was great! Our son was playing at Cooperstown Dream Park and it was an easy drive to and from. The space itself exceeded our expectations by far. The apartment was so gorgeous, very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for the week. Beds were quite comfortable, laundry accommodations were nice and very appreciated. The scenery was serene and beautiful. Downtown Oneonta was nice to walk around and check out local spots. George was a great host who you can tell takes pride in his place and service. 10/10 recommend!

Stayed here for the weekend since my cousin was getting married at the Arnold House which was about a 2 min drive. Cute little apartment and it was nice and clean.

Thank you for the hospitality, she was very friendly from the moment we arrived, the place is beautiful, I would say more beautiful than the photos, we had access to the entire place, we will definitely return soon.

The house was perfect for some baseball moms who wanted to stay close to All Star Village. The restaurants nearby were amazing. Mercy had the house stocked with all essentials that would be needed for the week!

Had a great stay at David & Aurora's place. It was exactly what I needed for a nice weekend get away. Plenty of space and very neat and clean, and they were great with communication. Would definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area!

My wife and I stayed here last year for the first time and we came back again this year because we really liked this place. The hosts were friendly and accommodating and made us feel welcome. The place was clean and well kept and the 3 bedrooms gave us more than enough space for our needs. They even let our cat stay here which most places won't allow. We really liked the location, the park like property, and being within walking distance to the town pool and the local deli. Thank you again Mustafa and Olena for a wonderful stay!

Rons place was spacious, bright and clean. It was newly renovated, so everything was in excellent/new condition and as described. The location was great too. We had a great weekend and highly recommended!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay at Walton’s place in Oneonta! The pictures matched exactly what the apartment looked like. Super clean, easy to get to, and has clear instructions to get into the building and the apartment. We would 100% come back and stay again. Check-in is a little late so be prepared to do a lot before checking in. In the heart of Main Street so you will be close to everything!

Ally was an excellent host! The apartment was great and felt like home for the week. It is just a few minutes away from All Star Village and also close enough to Main Street to walk to shops and local spots. Highly recommended!

My girlfriend & I wanted to get away from home for a few days and this was the perfect place to go to. Super peaceful and quite. Apartment was spot on CLEAN !!! Beautiful apartment as it looked recently renovated. Make sure to bring your own food as the nearest restaurants are either in Oneonta or Cooperstown. I will definitely be coming here again. We really enjoyed with comfy, stylish, quaint place! ALL the amenities and a very sweet loaf of sourdough bread. Such nice touches. If traveling with anyone who cannot handle stairs, please understand that this is on the second floor of the house. You have the entire upstairs suite and once you are up the stairs everything you need is on that floor. 2 bedrooms are very spacious. The other is cute, but a little cramped. One bathroom has a shower, the other has a deep gorgeous tub, but with a hand held shower. Nice linens, great kitchen, lovely downtown location in quaint Andes. Very easy to make calls from their super fast internet. But reminder that Andes has zero cell service. Really easy for us to work around. And nice to be away with the excuse that we had no cell service sometimes. :). Thank you for putting so much of your heart into this place!

My husband and I were visiting Deposit for a wedding and decided to make a weekend out of the trip. Paul’s place was conveniently located between Binghamton and Livingston Manor where we hiked, shopped and went out to eat. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again if visiting in the area!

Private, clean and comfortable, walk to everything in town. Restaurants, Fly shops, antiques and more. Our host was responsive and helpful. "Trout town" lives up to it's name and this place is a great base to run your Catskills fishing adventure out of.

Daniel is an incredible host and the space far exceeded any expectations. I loved the attention to detail, the cleanliness, and the bathroom was next level. Right at the base of belleayre mountain which is great for anyone looking to ski. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect Snowboarding Getaway! I rented this lovely home for a weekend snowboarding trip, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short drive from Belleayre, making it easy to hit the slopes. The home was exactly as described—cozy and comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a day of snowboarding. Carol was a fantastic host; she was very responsive to any inquiries, and the check-in process was seamless. I had no issues during my stay and can't think of any complaints. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a great place to stay while enjoying winter sports. Will definitely be back!

Rented for Grad weekend- walking distance to town, dinner at Toscana and my son’s house. Clean, Cozy, Convenient- perfect stay!

Overall stay was wonderful! Kayaks, hot tub, grill, and fire pit were all great aspects of the stay! Great location for all the area has to offer!
