A beautiful home on a beautiful piece of land. A river runs through this property and you can hear it flowing all day. The house is beautiful and full of unique pieces. It feels like you’re staying at a friend’s house, not just an airbnb. We will stay here again!

Our stay was amazing! We were looking for a peaceful stay for our anniversary and the house whas exactly what we were hoping for. It was immaculate and everything was well thought out. We will definitely be back if we come to the area again!

This house is a gem. Admittedly it’s far from home if you are coming from NYC, which is where my family is. However, the upside is that this house is beautiful, on a big private area, and the absolute perfect place for a getaway with kids. We were three families with three little girls who hopefully made forever memories. I hope we will be back again soon!

The house is really gorgeous. Everything was very new/modern, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen overlooking the stunning view out the back. The hot tub and fire put were nice amenities to enjoy. The BBQ seemed to not be working, but other than that, no complaints. Location wise, the property is located in the northwest Catskills, near Stamford, NY, and convenient to many hiking spots in the area as well as nearby towns. The property itself its up on a hill, in what felt like a secluded and private spot, which made it feel like a real getaway and retreat. In sum, recommend this Airbnb for the nice amenities, modern touches, and amazing view.

We had a wonderful weekend! The views were spectacular! We attended a wedding in Andes and the location was perfect.

Annie’s place has everything you need. It rained a lot while we stayed her house, but we didn’t need to go anywhere coz the house has a lot of amenities. We and my guests enjoyed playing billiards, board games and just watching view. Highly recommend this place.

Our family absolutely loved staying at Alan’s home. The house is beautiful + has so much character! The kitchen for anyone who loves to cook is your kitchen away from home!! The kitchen truly is stocked + I just loved it! The weather wasn’t great when we chose to book, but we still got to use the pool twice and it has now helped our family decide to have a private pool ourselves! So thankful for this home + can’t wait to book again!

The location was peaceful and quiet and the home was spacious and lovely. Everything was clean and as described, including a lovely small fireplace and a working sauna. There were stores within a 15 minute drive and we were close to the local ski slopes. Sara was incredibly helpful and responsive when we had questions, and the welcome manual was very thorough. It was a wonderful place to stay for a cozy snowy weekend!

Another wonderful stay at the midnight cabin! Our time spent there was so peaceful. The house is very clean and the flowers and coffee are such a nice welcome. The property is very private and serene. The dogs always have a great time wandering the property and cooling off in the pond. Scott is always extremely responsive and very nice to deal with! I highly recommend a stay here. We will be back!

Salvatore’s place was everything as described and more. Attention to detail, thoughtfully decorated, immaculately clean and very welcoming from the time we got there. I slept like a baby! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. 10 minutes away from a few different towns, so we had everything we needed! Delhi and Hamden both had great restaurants. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

We had a lovely stay at this cozy country retreat. The surroundings were peaceful, with beautiful views. The home was clean, well-equipped, and had all the little touches that made it feel welcoming. Our host was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some quiet time away from the city. Highly recommend!

The house is great. It was the perfect space for our family of 5 adults and a baby. We had a funeral in Delhi which was an easy drive. The decor is so nice and the views are beautiful. We also were able to comfortably host another 7 adults for a few hours one evening. My only concern was the lack of cell service in the area. (My daughter had to drive alone in the dark and the rain on those winding country roads.) Maybe just warn guests in advance and suggest where to get cell service if it's needed.

What a beautiful, private, and relaxing farmhouse and property Nils provides for his guests! The house was perfect for our group of 6 hikers on the Finger Lakes Trail. We all wished we had more time to spend in this wonderfully bucolic setting!

The hosts went above and beyond to make the guests feel at home: from abundance of throw blankets, flowers and kitchenware to the icy glasses in the freezer, it feels like absolutely everything was thoroughly thought through. Our stay at this beautiful cabin was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we booked, Inssaf was an incredible host—super nice, responsive, and helpful throughout our entire visit. The cabin itself is even more stunning than the photos. It’s a charming, cozy, and well-designed wooden retreat that feels like something out of a storybook. It has everything you need for a weekend getaway. One of our favorite features was the spacious outdoor deck—perfect for relaxing, enjoying the fresh air, and soaking in the peaceful surroundings. The property also includes a private pond where you can walk around—such a serene touch. Inside, the pellet stove added a warm and inviting feel that made the space extra cozy. It was easy to get to, yet felt incredibly secluded and private. Plus, the location is fantastic—just a short drive to Livingston Manor and Roscoe, where you can explore local shops, restaurants, breweries and more. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

We had a mix of folk with us and the location was perfect for that. The space was very unique and we loved the goats in the back. Great location if you're into the low-key Catskill vibe and you're trying to fly fish and hike. Last but not least, Donald was a splendid host--had local recs, gifted a little care package when we were missing some things, and was responsive/kind. Would definitely suggest this place. 👌

Great spot to stay at! Very clean and comfortable!

We had a great visit while at Dmitri's house. It rained and was cold while we were there at the end of May. But the house was so comfortable and the scenic location made up for the bad weather. The house was very clean, has many amenities, including great natural light throughout the home, spacious bedroom spaces, modern decor, a fully equipped kitchen, four full bathrooms, a sauna, and a hot tub. The surrounding property, deck, and outdoor space is beautiful; although we didn't have a chance to enjoy it fully due to the weather. We would definitely book this home again.

We really enjoyed our stay here, it’s the little things that make all the difference. Besides the place being super clean, we appreciated the quality paper towels and bathroom tissue as we don’t always find that. It’s a great place and we’ll stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

The kitchen is stunning and fully equipped, and the whole space feels like a peaceful retreat. It was the perfect getaway from the city, and my family and I had a wonderful time relaxing and enjoying the serene surroundings. We’ll definitely be coming back!
