Nikhil was an outstanding host: Top-tier responsiveness; Great communication; Flexible; Proactive; Clearly very thoughtful in in so many of the choices taken in preparing a place for guests to feel comfortable and cared for like wireless chargers, diverse lighting, extra towels and toiletries. Really enjoyed the unique setup and will want to stay there again. Even parking was incredible: Free only 20 feet from the rear entryway. Free parking in any city is a real bonus! We loved this place. It looked exactly like the pictures, spotless with a wonderful inviting smell. We stayed on the second floor which has its own entrance and balcony. The grounds have so many beautiful trees, we even seen wild blueberries. Anne’s place is very private and she is kind. We hope to return before the summer is out.

I stayed here for a month during work trip and could not have been happier with the place. Kurt is a fantastic host who went above and beyond to accommodate me. The apartment is spacious and had everything I needed, and the washer and dryer in the garage were a lifesaver. I made use of the quiet neighborhood for jogging, and it’s very near a Target, ACME and several restaurants. If I come back to the area I will definitely be hoping Kurt’s place is available!
