Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Dell Prairie

Me and my friends enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful and very scenic. Michelle was friendly and very responsive. The home was beautiful.

We were extremely happy with our stay at Paul and Erika’s Airbnb. They had truly thought of everything with little toiletries supplied for those who may have forgotten them, multiple board games available, wood for bonfires, and a helpful welcome guide. The Christmas Tree Farm was beautiful and at night we were pleasantly surprised by hundreds of fireflies out in the fields. Such a cool experience! The close proximity to the Dells and Devil’s Lake made it the perfect location. The hosts were also very responsive and proactive on the Airbnb app. Highly recommend!

our family enjoyed the home, the time outside on the deck and looking at the beautiful surroundings with lots of birds and black squirrels. The house was very user friendly and clean. it was just the right distance from the Dells. The kitchen was well stocked and there were lots of extra thoughtful things like games, books, toiletries, whatever you might need or want. I would highly recommend this as a choice rental property. The host was excellent to answer any questions, although there were not many of those as a pre check-in communication was thorough and checkout was easy common sense instructions as well.

We wanted a quiet setting where we could find hiking trails and kayaking. It fit the bill perfectly. We had a wonderful time exploring the nearby state parks, the town and just plain old relaxing. It was just right for us. Greg and Jessica were able to adapt to our schedule and we found them very easy to communicate with. What a great time!

This was a beautiful, clean, cozy and modern place. We had everything we needed, from kitchen to bathroom, comfy bed, outdoor chairs and a fire ring. We were in town for a wedding in Hillsboro, which was under 10 min away. There was a Kwik Trip walking distance from home. We loved the area towns and lakes. Lots to do! Wish we could’ve stayed a few more days! Thank you Carol!

We stayed one night and enjoyed it fully. The home is very warm and cozy, the grounds surrounding it are lovely. Would highly recommend!

Our privacy was respected but Cindy was quite responsive. We had everything we needed so didn’t need to contact Cindy while we were there. There were no surprises. Everything was as described. It was nice to be in the country but close enough to town and our other activities. Will check availability the next time we are in the area and need a place to stay.

We had a great time visiting my hometown. The house was great with plenty of amenities. We enjoyed the fire pit and the spacious living room. Definitely a plus having 2 bathrooms. We will definitely check for availability next time we return to RC. Wallace family

Perfect for our little family of 4 that included a baby and toddler! Having a little kitchen was so helpful. We enjoyed being across the road in a more secluded area not within the hotel too! Eric sent multiple messages with all the info we needed! Would definitely stay again!

This stay was just what our little family needed. It was very spacious which made it so nice fire everyone to feel like they had enough room.

Wow the place is much bigger than the photos show!!!! We saw maybe two or three bugs over the three nights we were there — which is to be expected when the place is next to the woods. The area is absolutely gorgeous. And do check out the Ski-Hi Farm that they own up the hill!

Clean and cozy space, it is very welcoming and comfortable in the apartment! Everything we needed! Very convenient and walking distance to downtown attractions. Very happy with stay, but since it’s across the street from The Keg and Patio they had a loud live band playing from 8-almost midnight. Great if you are in the Dells to party! We were not so I should have been more proactive and checked into this prior, not hosts fault. They may as well have been playing and singing in the living room. Sound machine and ear plugs didn’t touch it. Otherwise we would definitely stay again if there wasn’t loud live music right out our window. Small parking space for our large vehicle, but host was very responsive and friendly when we had an issue! Definitely recommend if you want to enjoy the nightlife and walk!

The Chateau (Robin's place) was just perfect for the three of us. It's peaceful rural location was beautiful and especially accessible for our hiking segments and connecting routes of the Ice Age Trail. It's also close enough to Baraboo, Sauk City, Merrimack, Prairie du Sac and even Madison...so you can explore small towns, villages and city life if you want or just soak in the beauty of the rolling hills in the driftless region. Our accomodations were just what we needed. Kitchen was well equipped and bathrooms were spotless. We were able to communicate with Robin easily. We also had an extra vehicle that she allowed us to park. We stayed there 3 times! Highly recommend it!

The 505 is a wonderful stay! Beautifully furnished in the heart of Princeton, this gem is located right on the river and directly above the wonderful Horseradish restaurant. This was a fun getaway to visit Princeton, enjoy great food and antiquing. I would highly recommend this place.

We loved staying at Destination Dell's, it was very private and the amenities were amazing. The condo had a very nice kitchen. It was everything you would want in place when away from home. They have thought of everything, even offering discount tickets to Noah's Ark water park. We would definitely stay at Destination Dell's again.

We had so much fun at our stay!! The place is extremely clean and has a brand new kitchen & new appliances. It's nice having a full bathroom downstairs & upstairs. The upstairs bedroom is lofted so the kids enjoyed seeing if various items of theirs could fly :)) There was a Roku box on both tvs upstairs and downstairs so it was easy to watch shows/movies. Wifi was solid. Its an easy walk to the activity center. They have tennis courts, pickleball, basketball, racquetball, pool & hot tub along with changing facilities; all free to reserve/use. You could probably spend all week here and never leave! It was our first time here so we did all the touristy things and loved it: Bellos Circus, Rick Wilcox Magic Theater, WizardQuest, Ripleys, Mirror Maze, Big Chief Gokarts, Kalahari Waterpark, Frischs BigBoy etc! It was super convenient having a walmart, DD, kohls, McDs, Ross etc so close. The house was very quiet. Be sure to bring shampoo and any food condiments, otherwise everything is here.

Wow! What an amazing place. The host was great. Communication was awesome. It was clean, great location and awesome facilities. We will be staying again. Loved it!

Beautiful place and gorgeous scenery right on the water. We enjoyed the stay very much, didn’t even feel like you were in the dells but still close enough if you wanted that experience. However, we enjoyed how secluded it felt. We would stay here again and recommend it to any of our friends.

Great host and a great space. Reminded me of the early days of Airbnb when people went out of their way to make you feel welcomed and have a good time. Highly recommend!
