Open floor plan, a carpeted bedroom with queen bed, a full-size memory foam sleeper sofa, a living room, mini-kitchen, laundry and bath. The mini-kitchen includes a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, table and chairs. The desk, with woods view, is a perfect place to reflect, read, and write. The entire space is completely updated. Place was cute. Location was very good… coffee houses and elevator right around the corner. Cute bathroom good kitchen with a small deck off of it. A little warm in the upstairs bedroom but seems like they are working that out. I would definitely stay again!

This place was great for several weeks as I looked for a permanent place in Dubuque. while it's a one bedroom, it doesn't feel tiny, with a nice living room and separate dining area. Everything was clean, communication was clear. Although, I believe there are other short-term rentals in the building, it was surprisingly quiet. Location is good for anything downtown, and it was really nice to be so close to the weekly farmers market. Old building, so the water takes a while to heat up, but once it does, it's hot with great water pressure. I love the huge old tub and a vintage tile bathroom. I'm glad they have retained that character while updating the rest of the place.
