"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. House in Deltebre, in the heart of the Ebro Delta, with a heated saltwater swimming pool and 1,000 m² of private land. Outside there is a wooden treehouse, a swing, a children’s picnic table, a football goal, and a ping-pong table. There is also a vegetable garden with chickens, where guests can collect fresh eggs. Private outdoor parking is available, as well as bicycles for guests to use. The house is located in a very quiet area of Deltebre, close to the river promenade.
