The Foudras pavilion is located on the edge of the park of Demigny castle. In the countryside, quiet and easy to access, it has 2 large bedrooms of 20 m2 each, 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub. The kitchen is well equipped. Parking is free and easy. The Pavilion is located close to 2 other cottages, Foudras (4 to 6 people), and the Orangerie (8 people), which allows you to meet and enjoy a common life without going through the public road.

Small quiet house (Guesthouse), completely renovated, overlooking a private courtyard with terrace, barbecue and relaxation area, inside equipped kitchen, large walk-in shower, king size bed (180 x 200) all air-conditioned. For more comfort you will find on your arrival the basic necessities (salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, etc.) and a bed already prepared, as well as the toiletries, towels.

I would have great pleasure to welcome you to my house, located in a large wooded garden which you can enjoy at your leisure. You will be only a few minutes from the renowned villages of the Burgundy vineyard, Chassage, Meursault, Pommard, Beaune and just as close to several greenways (canal du center, bicycle-route). You can also only take time and fully enjoy the heated swimming pool.
