Gabrielle was a wonderful host! She gave great recommendations and was super responsive! It was such a cute little spot to stay in for the night while I traveled through town for a concert. peaceful, private, and the bed was so cozy to sleep in!

After a long trip into Des Moines we easily found a parking place, and with the instructions pretty much just walked right into the apartment with no effort at all. The apartment was awesome! Simple retro furnishings combined with the industrial construction gave the place just the right vibe to relax in and just felt, 'right'. Any time I thought I needed something, I opened a cabinet or looked in a closet, and there it was. And the view of downtown... wow. Everything else - parking was easy and felt safe. The apartment was right there after coming in - no long walks. Just a short walk down the hill and across the beautiful bridge to downtown. Lots of night life and great food just a few blocks away, yet distant enough that no noise followed you home. Looking forward to the next time I can take Diego up on his hospitality! Cheers!

Ethan’s Airbnb was perfect for our family’s quick stay in Altoona. Much better than the overpriced, single room hotels nearby :)

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was about one mile from Jordan Creek Mall. the apartment was very clean and spacious enough for blow up mattress in the living room. The apartment overlooked the pool on the ground level. There are a lot of restaurants, Top golf, Movie theatre and the mall. We went to Smash Park and played all kinds of games from Pickleball to Baggo/Washers. We would definitely be willing to stay here in the future. Michelle from Ofallon, MO.

Nichole, and her place was great! Many conveniences near by, easy to get to and an easy 20 minute drive to downtown Des Moines as well.

A coworker and I stayed in this loft for a conference that we attended at the Marriott Hotel on the same block. It is very walkable to many places and parking garage close by. The place felt very modern and open but also homey. It is quite a jaunt/maze to get to when carrying heavy luggage and we had to make 2 trips from the parking garage. Would definitely recommend people bring backpacks or suitcases with 4 wheels to easily wheel things back and forth. We did have a couple issues with the outlets in both bathrooms. Dan was responsive and we were able to troubleshoot the issue using the breaker box. Only thing that would have made it a tiny bit better would be key access from the skywalk to the parking garage. Would stay again!

Great place to stay in Des Moines. Central to everything. We visited for a race and the road with the parking for the Airbnb was closed, however, there is so much parking around that area that we were able to find alternatives for free as well.

Jesse is a phenomenal host and was able to accommodate our last minute booking request. The apartment is exactly as pictured and couldn’t be in a better location! Bed and living area were very comfortable and the balcony was a needed bonus. Jesse even gave us some great food recommendations and we would 100% book again if we’re ever visiting Des Moines again!

Everything was great from check in to check out. Host was very responsive and helpful. The space was great and close enough to the downtown area.

In town for an event and it was a better plan to get separate bedrooms different from separate hotel rooms. Dan’s place was cute and easy to get to our event and back. Especially back when fools had to wait in traffic we just walked right back! Had a blast and we appreciated it. Thanks Dan!

This was the perfect location to stay for an event downtown. Easy walk to everything we needed. It was a cute clean space. Dan was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this spot for anyone wanting to stay close to downtown. My only bit of advice (which is not at all a negative remark about the loft) would be that it is a bit of a hike from the parking garage if traveling with lots of luggage or anyone who may have trouble getting around, so just be mindful of that.

We stayed here for several weeks for a temporary residence before moving into our new home. The residence had everything we needed, it was great place for our dog, and was near everything. Josiah was proactive with communication and always helpful.

Sheryl was very helpful and always answered messages in a timely matter. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Check in and check out was very easy as well!

great little place for a couple get away... not bad at all... could be better but can't complain for the price near by Downtown and main roads...

The place was conveniently located, very good size, and the price seemed reasonable. It did indicate that the evenings were loud with a bar/restaurant across the street, but we knew that going into it. We were very pleased with our stay. Thank you so very much.

Perfect for a bigger group! Two of the beds are in a living room type area so be sure you’re comfortable sharing bathrooms that are in bedrooms. This was not an issue for us at all though and the bed situation was very convenient. The host was extremely responsive and kind.

Convenient stay, great communication, no issues

Very nice building with secured access. In a bit of a revitalization neighborhood with some mix of updated buildings and businesses. Mild construction sites & sounds.

Place was clean and in the middle of the city center. I was not aware there is no real place in the kitchen to sit and eat.
