Ancien moulin à huile devenu maison d’habitation à l’entrée du village. Maison indépendante avec cour fermée, terrasse de 38 m² et jardin abrité de 40 m² avec salon de jardin, chaises longues et douche solaire. Au RDC (clim), cuisine ouverte sur séjour et terrasse, salon et WC. Au 1er étage, 2 chambres avec grand dressing et ventilateurs ainsi qu’une SDB (douche italienne et baignoire 150) + WC. Les combles (clim) rénovées offre un grand espace avec 2 lits simples/ou un 180.

The slopes of Retourtour Castle

In Ardèche Verte, 1.5 km from the Dolce Via cycle path and a 5-minute walk to the Retourtour waterbody, offers a traditional house with wooded land. Come and enjoy the summer (swimming, cycling, hiking, visiting a village with character...) Possibility of renting a VTC by reservation. 1.5 KM away, Lamastre (shops, pharmacy, tourist office...) 2 markets: Tuesday and Saturday (local market). Also the Chambre des Mystères, the Mastrou, the Kaopa café...

Eco-gîte in the heart of the Monts d'Ardèche regional natural park, a place where you can relax, enjoy nature, sought after by hikers and mountain bikers, a place of comfort and well-being with multiple activity options. 3.5 km from Saint-Sauveur-de-Montagut with all shops, Dolce Via cycle path (90 km), kayaking, swimming beach in the La Guinguette river, Ardelaine living museum, villages of character in Ardèche and multiple hikes and nature outings .

Rest in the heart of the Ardèche. The house is ideally located in a small hamlet close to the towns of Cheylard, Lamastre and Saint Agrève (15 to 20 minutes), near the Voie Douce (bike paths). We designed and arranged it to relax and enjoy family moments in the middle of nature. The view from the terrace immerses you in a sea of wood and invites you to hike while the interior encourages rest and relaxation. A house that takes care of you.

Retourtour Castle Gîte

In the heart of the green Ardèche in the Doux valley in Lamastre, typical stone house, one room at the foot of the Château de Retourtour in a small, very quiet pedestrian hamlet. 100 meters from a landscaped lake, 1.5 km from the city center. Bike room, private parking with gate for motorcycles. Many activities, tours and hikes nearby. Steam train, rail bike. Soon castagnades, squash festival and mushroom and chestnut fair.

Le Refuge du Loir

Small mountain house located 860 meters above sea level in the heart of an ecological project. The Refuge du Loir is 40 meters from our house and is accessed by a private path from the parking lot. There is a very large terrace to enjoy the view and the sun and everything you need inside for a good stay! PS: Following many negative comments about the road, we specify that this is a bumpy road but passable by car!

Artemis' getaways

Located in an old traditional Ardèche farmhouse, it is a spacious and warm 3-star gîte. A 10-minute walk from a very beautiful river, it is the perfect starting point for many walks, bike rides, or donkey rides (rental on site). Village 500 m away (bar and grocery store). 20 minutes from Mont Gerbier de Jonc and 1 hour from Lac d'Issarlès. Bed linens and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.

Acacia and Catalpa

Large house with two cottages that can accommodate 10 people in both cottages. Very bright and sunny house, overlooking the Ardèche hills. Living room of 50 m2. Large wooded plot around, two terraces, barbecue and swing, ping pong table, sun loungers... Stream 500 meters away on foot, walks and river nearby. Tranquility assured. An Eiffel Tower in the garden, in memory of the 2024 Olympics!

You will find various activities and things to discover in the surrounding area.

"Ludivine" 4* Gîte in Désaignes

This small cocoon for 2 people, labeled 4 ears, arranged on the ground floor of the owners' house, will seduce you with the quality of its layout, its neat and warm decoration. For your comfort, end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen (bed made on arrival), towels and kitchen linen are included.

Our place in the country side close to the village of St Agreve with great patisseries, butchers, cafe and Monday market. It is good for families and friends as we have lots of space and a fab game room. Well behaved pets are welcome too!
