Nellie is such an amazing host. She is very kind and responsive. the guest suite lived up to the pictures and description. Small, clean, cute and simple. Nellie is very accommodating and when we needed more supplies such as pots & pans and towels she supplied it almost immediately. I would recommend this air bnb and if in the area again will stay there. *keep in mind when booking it is for a long stay 30+ days.

Ericka's listing was perfect. Ericka was communicative and responsive to all my concerns. I was a medical student rotating at Eisenhower Medical Center and her price was in my range given it was Coachella and Stagecoach month. Upstair neighbors were occasionally loud in the middle of night around 2-3 AM, which isn't to Ericka's fault. Otherwise, this was a great 2-month stay.

A small private studio with very hot water. You get a mini fridge, regular sized bathroom, gas stove with oven and an Apple connected TV. A good small studio with everything including AC.

It was such a beautiful place to stay! Such a cute homey vibes, perfect for 2 for a week stay! Not too far from anywhere and felt safe. The restroom was beautiful and the layout was perfect, most definitely would stay again and Keith & Ivonne were super responsive and shared recommendations. It was nice to be able to settle in for a week here and have the nice views of Palm Springs, I loved it! 🤩
