In the apartment you will find: - 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, big working/dining table and a TV, overlooking the rooftops of Ghent - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, fridge, French press and coffee grinder - 1 bedroom for 2 people (king size bed) overlooking the main street - 1 smaller bedroom with a box spring bed for 2 people and a desk - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower - separate toilet - utility room with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron and a drying rack The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. A friend or I will welcome you and provide you with keys and a tour of the apartment. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all! All guests have a private apartment, there is 1 apartment per level. So there is a lot of privacy. Downstairs we have a laundry, which you can use. We have a chocolate atelier, where you are always welcome ! The setting is immediately adjacent to the city's famous Graffiti Street. A tasting in the chocolate studio below is a must, after which stroll to some of Ghent's many boutiques, and perhaps the weekend antiques market in nearby St Jacob's Square. From the railway station, you take the MAIN tram line no 1 to the city centre, we are at 300m from the stop GRAVENSTEEN (castle)

In this light and spacious apartment, you'll find the perfect home base to discover Ghent and the wider area of Flanders. We're 4 kms from the Ghent city centre (a 15 min bike ride or an easy bus ride) and 2 mins from the highway by which you can easily reach Bruges, Antwerp or Brussels. The house is located next to a green area and through the big skylight you'll discover an amazing view on the neighbouring fields and forest. The perfect place to wind down after a day of sightseeing!

Secret Garden 1, a peaceful home near Ghent

Located along the river Scheldt on a large plot of 15,000 m² that is recognized as a nature reserve. It is partly wooded and partly meadowland and is fully accessible to our guests. For day trips, it is a 10-minute drive to the historic center of Ghent and 30 minutes to the cities of Bruges, Brussels, and Antwerp. Yet, yet here you are away from the hustle and bustle and can enjoy peace and nature. Ideal base for cycling and hiking tourism with numerous marked routes in the area.

This cozy, bright home is occupied during the week by Anne and her 5-year-old son Tito. On weekends or during holiday periods, she rents out the house. The house is easily accessible by car and by public transport (bus/train). There is a bus to the center of Ghent or 10 minutes by bike. Parking in the street is free. The house has a spacious living room with an open kitchen, separate television corner, a double room, children's room, a bathroom and a sunny garden.

Duplex appartement 90m² met terras vlakbij tramhalte (200m). Slechts 10min met tram tot centrum Gent. Gratis parkeren in de straat. Keuken met kookplaat, oven, vaatwasser, wasmachine, microgolf en koffiezetapparaat met koffie cups. Aparte slaapkamer met dubbel bed, enkel bed en baby bed WIFI en tv aanwezig. Aparte badkamer met douche en apart toilet. Er zijn geen gedeelde ruimtes. Appartement is volledig beschikbaar enkel voor de huurder.

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

Charming studio close to Ghent

Our studio, just outside Ghent, offers free parking and easy access to the city center by bus or bicycle. Bus stop and bicycles are available right next door. Ghent can be reached within fifteen minutes by bike. A cozy restaurant in a castle, a breakfast place and a supermarket are within walking distance. The train station is close, making Antwerp, Brussels and Bruges accessible within an hour.
