We had a wonderful time! The condo was clean, same as the pictures! Loved that you could walk right out to the beach and even better that they had chairs and an umbrella. A great way to do a beach vacation. Also really liked the complex; it was quiet, ample parking and easy to get to many restaurants. Jan was a really great host and had great attention to detail. We would definitely consider a return visit!

Chris's place was perfect for our stay at Destin for a wedding. The condo was spacious and very clean. I would definitely recommend her rental.

When traveling with 3 young boys adventure always awaits us parents. We had a long drive in and Julie was very accommodating to our arrival and check out times. When we arrived we found a beautiful condo with all the extras needed. The kitchen was stocked with all that is needed to prepare meals. Plus a wagon to help get all the goodies to the beach. Julie’s communication throughout it all was beyond 5 star. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. After a bad host experience at our last Air BnB in New Mexico, Julie made me have faith again. I will definitely be staying at her place again. Thank you so much Julie from the bottom of my heart.

Perfect condo for our long weekend in San Destin. It was easy to get to the beach and we loved the pools and Tiki Bar there on site. Plenty of parking and the condo was exactly as described. Would definitely stay at Tops’l #211 again.

What a wonderful place to stay! The instructions on how to access the area were clear and precise and we had no issues. We rented a car (which I recommend if you want to experience things outside of the resort) and parking was safe and secure. It was also nice having a mini kitchen as we stayed 6 nights and were able to cook and prepare small meals. The pool is right outside the building and open til 10pm!! It was nice having a tram to take to the private beach to avoid any parking fees. It was also awesome that the rental had beach chairs to borrow, honestly a life saver at the beach. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!!

Mina was a fantastic host. She was very responsive and her guidebook was informative. The beach and pool are just a short walk from the condo. The condo is packed with everything you might need. We are already thinking about when we will be back next!

We had a fantastic week in Destin! The place was exactly what we needed clean, comfortable, and with beautiful ocean views. The beds were super comfy, which made it easy to relax after a day at the beach. The kids loved the bunk beds, and it was great to have a well-stocked kitchen for meals at home. Nichole was a thoughtful and responsive host, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We’d definitely stay here again!

we had an amazing time. Stanton was helpful from the time of booking until the day we left the condo. We needed a few extra accommodations and he was right on it! The only thing I can say was the washer wasnt working while we were there but he was quick to get someone to come look at it. Even though it couldn't be fixed during our stay, he made sure that we had enough towels and everything we needed for remainder of time. Beautiful condo, beautiful views, convenient to everything. Will definitely be staying with Stanton again!

We had a great stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family beach trip with our dogs. It was the perfect spot to relax, clean up after long beach days, and get some rest. Having Roku TVs in each room was a nice touch, and the provided dog beds were much appreciated by our pups. The pools on the property were a bonus, too. Would definitely recommend for families traveling with pets!

Affordable Close to attractions Nice restaurants

Being that this is my first Airbnb I’d say this was a very good experience. The location was great in the space was so pretty. The view from the room was amazing. I mostly enjoyed being able to watch the sunset and sunrise from the balcony. The included amenities really put this place over the top for me!

Beautiful and clean condo. Very short walk to the beach that included 2 beach chairs and an umbrella daily. Pool area was clean and nice as well. We brought our dog with and felt she had ample time outdoors with both walking around Maravilla, and up and down Scenic Gulf Dr. Would highly recommend!

Great stay! Conveniently located near grocery stores, great restaurants, Fort Walton downtown, and Fort Walton Beach. The condo itself was perfect too! The bed is super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Also the bathroom had a cool little motion sense light that wasn’t too bright which was good for using the potty while half asleep and I liked that!

Loved the small quaint condo. Peaceful and just so homie. Easy access to the beach and restaurants. David answered all my messages right away. Will definitely stay here again!!

The resort is huge and beautiful. Once you figure it out, it's easy to get around. Host was amazing with tips and locations. The condo matched the pictures exactly, the place was super clean and nicely decorated. Will definitely be back!

Great location and area! You can walk over to Sandos for a quick coffee run. The area is safe and quiet. Instructions shared were very clear and helpful! Enjoyed having a washer/dryer and the pickleball courts. Dish soap, dishwasher tablets, detergent, and trash bags available for use. Super easy check out!

We loved our stay at Lauren’s place. It was easy to get to, felt safe, and everything was very clean. The location was close to a lot of attractions but also felt far enough away that it didn’t feel over crowded with traffic. Lauren was a great host. We would definitely stay here again.

My small family and I decided to go on a little birthday getaway and we were beyond glad that we chose Shelli’s home. Shelli’s Airbnb was cozy! Just what we needed. I absolutely loved how the theme of it being a beach home and cozy was felt all through out the place. We loved that she thought of literally everything, from beach umbrella, to bougie boards, to cooler to all the above. The kitchen was fully stocked as well. She also gifted me some donuts after she read on my profile that I loved donuts and that it was my birthday! Talk about adding going the extra mile. We will definitely consider rebooking her home in the future! Thank you Shelli!

Just stayed here with my family- overall condo was great- we drove 13 hrs to stay & upon arrival we got in and noticed the bed sheets and towels were not all clean. I quickly sent photos to host and about an hr later cleaning crew arrived with sheets brand new from package. I don’t love sheets that haven’t been washed first but at least I knew they didn’t have hair on them. Host was great to work with. Otherwise condo was very clean. The entire area felt safe and secure. Never did I feel unsafe with my kids and parking was nice and close. Beach was beautiful and extremely close. Anywhere can have an issue but Emily is a great host and promptly took care of us.

The resort was easy to find and check- in was hassle free. It was nice having an actual person to greet us and answer our questions. All of the Vacasa and Tops'L staff that we interacted with was extremely kind and cheerful. The condo we rented was extremely nice and newly furnished. The view was absolutely beautiful and was our favorite part of it all. The pool and amenities were nice and easy to access. We felt safe having security and a person at the gate every night. I am grateful for the memories that I was able to make with my family while there.

we drove from Minnesota to stay at the ocean.what a great find ! close to the beach,has a pool and not busy.much less traffic than destin for sure....would definitely stay again !

This is 100% a great stay! Beautiful interior, and extremely close to the beach. Lots off good spots in the surrounding area like coffee, breakfast, etc. Would definitely recommend for you and your partner, not sure how practical it would be for a family. Be mindful it is a complex so it’s not 100% private. Would love to stay again! ☺️
