Susan Elizabeth’s place was beautiful! The golf cart was the perfect method of transportation. We never moved our automobile! The drive to the beach took a little longer than 5 minutes, but it was enjoyable. This was a great family vacation, highly recommended and hope to visit again, soon!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Ackerman Boat House! The home is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the house was stocked with all the essentials—plenty of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, coffee, condiments, etc…,and a fully equipped kitchen with all the dishes and utensils we needed. The hosts, Derek and Marti, were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. The toys provided were a huge hit with my grandkids and added an extra layer of fun to our trip. The fenced backyard gave us peace of mind while kids were playing and our pet was out. The house is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood—just perfect for relaxing and unwinding. We truly had nothing but good things to say about this stay. It exceeded our expectations in every way, and we will definitely be booking again!

The walk to the beach was not bad at all. They had a beach wagon and other beach supplies for us to take. The beds felt great we all got good sleep. Food and grocery store right down the road. Loved this beach house and would recommend. The pool was a few steps out the back door. Which was perfect for our daughter that stayed in the pool most of the time .

Patrick was a great house - he proactively reached out every step of the way to answer questions before they came up. The house was clean when we got there and we didn’t have any issues with the property during our stay. I would recommend and stay there again.

Kristen was a very responsive host! The house was well equipped with everything that we needed. She threw in a lot of extras- beach toys, golf cart, etc. The house was full of amenities. It’s a quick, easy walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Also enjoyed grilling on the patio. The house is 3 levels. The master suite is on the 3rd floor so this house is best for people that can handle going up and down a lot of stairs. The community is clean and super quiet. We had a great vacation!

Dealing with Chuck and Jenn was Awesome. They gave clear instructions and their home was great! The home was a very short walk to the beach, about 2 minutes. Everything was outstanding and really enjoyed the pool. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Destin. Thanks!!

The absolute best part of this house is the distance to the beach ! It’s a beautiful home and neighborhood You feel secluded and comfortable Walking distance to grocery stores Coffee shops Alvin’s island for souvenirs! Irene was super helpful on any issues or concerns Offered to send house keeping and maintenance But we preferred to just enjoy our week And we did very much ! I would recommend to anyone traveling !!

A great place to stay. A very quick walk to the beach. The private pool is awesome. Lots of space. The management was extremely responsive to all needs/questions.

Great location and area! You can walk over to Sandos for a quick coffee run. The area is safe and quiet. Instructions shared were very clear and helpful! Enjoyed having a washer/dryer and the pickleball courts. Dish soap, dishwasher tablets, detergent, and trash bags available for use. Super easy check out!

Great place to stay when you’re in Destin. Excellent location, 5 minute walk to the beach (private entrance) as well as several restaurants. Was very close to grocery stores, food, and shopping, but still enough off of the main strip that it felt a bit more secluded. Room was very comfortable and clean. Internet and streaming services for the kiddos in the afternoons as well. We had 3 little ones with us (4 and under) and they had a blast. Was great not to have to load everyone and our gear into the car every time we wanted to head to the beach. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

This was a beautiful place to stay! We took a break from training to unwind and relax and this was the exact house we were looking for. It was clean, spacious, and the pictures didn’t do it justice. The beds are very comfortable and linens were clean!

Amazing stay for us and our family! Place was gorgeous, pool was beautiful, and walking distance to the beach made our visit incredible. We left feeling refreshed and recharged. Must stay! And will be the first place we look if we come back.

Very happy with our stay my son has level 3 autism and he felt very comfortable with the place. It usually takes him awhile to adjust to somewhere new and it was easy. We loved the place since it was so close to the beach and next to the main pool/gym

She was very responsive and respectful. We were able to enter early to her Airbnb which was nice because we were ahead of schedule and once we were there, the place was very clean and neat. It was also quiet so we were able to relax during our stay! We would definitely be back!

Beautiful house in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The house is delightfully decorated and has everything you need for a family vacation. Charlie is friendly in his communication and very proactive. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay, looked exactly like the pictures. I had a medical emergency and the hosts went above and beyond to support me and make sure I was ok. I am grateful for their responsiveness and willingness to support any way they could. Wonderful hosts!!!

Anna’s place was awesome! So much to do there, very close to stores/entertainment, and the house was perfect for our big family, as it was very spacious and well-equipped with essentials needed during our stay. We felt right at home! Thank you for the 5-star hospitality and exceptional service. We will visit again!

This place is amazing. Two families comfortably lived here for two weeks of baseball tournaments. Great location to beach, ball fields and restaurants. The host is amazing, proactive and helpful. Amenities were as promised, clean and uncluttered. Went for solo morning runs though beautiful waterfront neighborhoods. Kids played safely in shady fenced in back yard. We loved it so much, we hope to have a reason to stay here again.

Great place! Went with two friends and we had a blast :) Kate was very responsive, kind, and understanding. Sitting on the back porch gave us the most peaceful mornings and we loved the Sand Flea that was at the private beach. We loved our stay and would recommend anyone who wants a nice relaxing trip to Destin to stay at this Airbnb!

This home is absolutely beautiful! Best air bnb I’ve ever stayed at. Jennifer and Matt put so much love and detail into this home and it shows. I will always look to stay here and will recommend to anyone I know coming to this area!
