A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

Unsere Wohnung ist 50 Q Meter groß hat eigene Garten und ist 5 Geh-Minuten vom Marienplatz und Hauptbahnhof entfernt und somit in unmittelbarer nähe des Münchener Zentrums, mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist sehr gut Erreichbar. Oktoberfest ist in 5 geh-Minuten zu erreichen. The apartment is 50 square meters, has a garden and is a five-minute walk away from the Munich train station, the town center Marienplatz as well as Oktoberfest. It is easily accessible by public transport.

We rent a cosy and lovingly furnished 2 room apartment in the upper floor of an original Bavarian country house with south balcony and paradisical garden for 4 guests. The house lies in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from the railway station and the town centre with all its shops. A beautiful forest is close by. Excursions to Munich and the beautiful Bavarian countryside can easily be made by car or by train. You can use the garden and bicycles.

München ist in ca 35 Minuten, die Berge in 50 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar.
