Ideal for nature lovers. Nearby is Lake Baldeney in Essen and Lake Kemmnadersee in Bochum. The Wodantal and the Elfrighauser Switzerland invite you to hike. But also the Zollverein Coal Mine Industrial Complex in Essen and the history of mining in Bochum are nearby. Everything can be reached by car within 30 minutes.
