Le Pressoir is a detached converted stone farm building with high beamed ceilings. One double bedroom, one twin bedroom, shower room with a large walk in shower and an open plan kitchen/lounge area. Overlooking open countryside. Shared with the 3 gites we have 11x5 meter swimming pool secured by a locked gate and stone walls with sun beds and a shaded area, open at the end of May through to the end of September depending on the weather. In the heart of an old barn completely renovated, come and stay in the quiet of the countryside while being close to La Rochelle, Niort or the Poitevin marsh. The 5-person cottage breaks down into a large living room with equipped kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms (including one on the mezzanine) as well as a bathroom/WC. Outside, the pool shared with the hosts, is accessible from May to September (depending on the weather). The children's playground or pétanque court will keep you busy.
