Legend has it that this place, called "La métairie des dames", was part of the agricultural estate of the Château de la Roussière, located in Saint-Maixent de Beugné less than a kilometer away. Today, Marie-Françoise welcomes you with the pleasure of making your stay a friendly and pleasant one. Upstairs, enjoy the soft cocoon of the Aliénor room. Located between Niort and La Rochelle This iconic place of the industrial era, built itself on an old mill of the 13th century is a mixture of antique objects, works of art and designer furniture. Sleeps: 15 in the mill and 10 in the annex (not included in the basic rate: €400 supplement for the annex per night)

In the heart of a small village, 9 km from shops and the entrance to the A10 and A83 highways. Our region offers multiple sites to see (tumulus, silver mine, Poitevin marsh).
