Dans le centre de Niort (Deux-Sèvres), entre les cèdres et un marronnier, une construction atypique « La Kabane ». L’éco-gîte a l’allure de ces cabanes de pêcheurs juchées sur des pilotis ornant le littoral charentais. De la conception architecturale à l’aménagement intérieur, tout est pensé pour le confort de l’hôte. Un style très contemporain : hauteur sous plafond, murs en bois, matières chaleureuses (lainage, parquet…) et poêle à bois apportent une atmosphère apaisante dans « La Kabane ».

Ce logement paisible offre un séjour détente pour toute la famille, dans un domaine champêtre ombragé et calme engagé dans une démarche environnementale. Une alliance entre nature et loisirs doux : un lac avec canoës et barque, 2.5 km de promenades privées sous les chênes centenaires, une piscine dont toboggan, et des jeux extérieurs (échecs géants, balançoires, mini-golf, ping-pong). Les activités sont partagées avec quelques autres familles en vacances. Linge en option (draps, serviettes).

Ideally located for sightseeing trips: 1 hour from Puy du Fou and Futuroscope, 45 minutes from the Poitevin marsh, and 1.5 hours from the Charente and Vendée coasts. Horseback riding. Duvet with cover not provided, possible for an extra charge of €20. Towels not provided. No smoking in the tree house.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation 35 minutes from Puy du Fou. This cabin is located at the gates of Bressuire. You are autonomous thanks to the small kitchen equipped with a microwave, an electric hob. Available: dry toilet below the cabin and a separate bathroom with walk-in shower. A wood-burning stove can be used for the cooler evenings. Electric vehicles can be charged.
