Family-friendly holiday rentals in Devesset

We had a lovely stay in this charming cottage. This house is particularly warm, well appointed and well equipped. The relaxation area keeps its promises with the Nordic bath under the pine trees and the sauna also in a fuste. Ghislaine and Bernard are welcoming, available and very nice. I would highly recommend this cottage.

Very good stay. The cottage was well equipped and everything was well functional. The place is very well placed in a quiet location, very close to the river "Le Lignon" Outside, in front of the cottage, the terrain is flat which allows for play activities with children. There is also a circular, wooden picnic space that allows 8 people to gather. It is also shaded. Very nice... There is an awning attached to the cottage that allows your car to be sheltered from bad weather. Cathy's place is nearby (100m) which is very convenient in case of need. Access to the village is possible in 20 minutes on foot by a quiet little road, even with a 5 year old. In Tence there are all the amenities to shop, go to restaurants, have cultural activities. Tence has a "Family" label, so there are a lot of activities offered to children.

Very nice moment in this bucolic corner of the Ardèche, tastefully decorated house, very comfortable with a 180° view of the Vercors and the Alps. Hiking and various activities nearby at the end of which we were able to bubble in the jaccuzi... We also recommend going to eat at the Angel Gourmand, a restaurant run by our hosts 50 m from the house.

Jean François and his family are very welcoming. Parking cars is not a problem in the gated property. The accommodation is spacious and well-equipped. On the relaxation side, we were able to enjoy the swimming spa and the pool. It takes a minimum of 3 days to fully appreciate these facilities. Children's games and a trampoline were welcome for our 3.5-year-old grandson. Jean François has a very good rapport with children. The accommodation is well located for access to the Peaugres Zoo and the Palais idéal du facteur Cheval. We are very satisfied with our stay at Jean François's.

We had a great time at Anthony's place. Chalet offering multiple services (sauna, jacuzzi, good bedding, barbecue, ping pong, foosball, private lake, pizza oven/super sofa bread...) allowing everyone to find their own account and brighten each evening. The place is peaceful and the lake is very cute. Thanks for the croissants on Sunday mornings, local jams and juices. Recommended 😊

Great relaxing week on the farm. The staff is very friendly and available. We had a great time!

The accommodation is cozy and nicely decorated. We regret the absence of a seating area in the living room, 2 narrow windows that let in little light and heat (in the inter-season it is a little cool but probably very good in the heatwave period). For kitchen accessories, beware of a single hot plate that heats up too much. In the upper bedroom, low ceiling and protruding beam, watch your head when you get up, and only one bedside table. The garden is very nice and well equipped with furniture including a very comfortable hammock! Catherine and Denis are very friendly and welcoming.

Géraldine handled our arrival and departure remotely by text and phone with accuracy and sympathy. The accommodation is facing the lake, magnificent view, in a beautiful quiet and very peaceful village. Everything was perfect, I would recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay and we definitely want to come back. Our children aged 5 and 7 had a fantastic time on the river and in the garden, the cottage is more cozy and beautiful than shown in the photos, the kitchen has every comfort, enough wood for the fireplace. It is such a beautiful quiet place, and so super green! The garden is tasteful and tidy and is perfect in nature. This place is decorated and maintained with a lot of love and care, you feel that in everything. We had a wonderful time!

The accommodation is shown on google maps. A little far from the activities, but we were looking for a cottage with peace and quiet and no neighbors, it was perfect!

In a beautiful and neat setting, with a breathtaking view, we received an excellent welcome from our hosts with whom we had interesting exchanges about the region and its activities. The accommodation, cozy and very comfortable, was very well equipped, very clean and quiet. Daniel very kindly made his garage available to us to store our bikes. We loved the ideal location to radiate on the dolce via.

It's the most beautiful house we've stayed in in recent years. The host leaves her family home as it is, for guests she does not know and offers access to a complete pharmacy, all the ingredients in the kitchen, still and sparkling water in bottles at will, linens including towels in abundance. All these little touches and trust contribute to feeling comfortable and respected from the outset, inspiring mutual respect. The house is huge, full of nooks and crannies that allow you to cohabit without stepping on each other. The garden is very well maintained, beautiful, with a prolific wisteria that shelters a flock of birds that frolic in the morning and evening. No vis-à-vis, very nice pool, absolute calm, a well-stocked proxi (meat +++) 200 m away, 2 restaurants/bar, hiking trails next to the house, and Laurence's very wise visiting advice. Nothing to complain about, everything is perfect. A wonderful setting in the Ardèche countryside, very welcoming and friendly hosts who take great care of their guests. We were able to taste the good homemade dishes of Jean-Luc and Isabelle. The breakfasts are generous, a moment of discussion to start the day well.🥰 We highly recommend it to people who love calm, nature, real people. Thanks also to their friends Jean-Claude and Marie Christine, just as warm and welcoming. We had a very pleasant weekend. The studio is cozy, quiet and the pool with views of the Puy is simply superb. We can only recommend this place.

A perfect stay with Marcel and his wife. Very friendly welcome by the owners and flexible arrival, comfortable accommodation on Marcel's perfectly maintained property, but completely independent. Our hosts were very responsive to any request before and during the stay. We were able to enjoy the pool and easily discover the area from this accommodation. As for the environment... in absolute calm, surrounded by hills, forests, meadows, the Alps on the horizon. It's hard to leave!
