Had a nice and comfortable stay at Nitesh’s place. He was proactive in calling me when I had questions about the property and was available on call when needed. The place is strategically located near the main Shimla highway, making it easy to do same day trips to Shimla, Kufri, Chail, and Kasauli. The house has all basic amenities and the helper is available quickly in case one needs anything. The place also has a nice roof top restaurant.

Amazing property and a great view. The listing was very clean and beautiful as shown in the pictures. The host Nidhi is amazing and shared all the necessary information with us. Also, guided us throughout and was very helpful. Gaurav was always present at the property to help with anything required and took great care of our family. The food is amazing as well and they also recommended local places to visit which were fantastic. Overall a great deal and a must visit with family or friends as the listing is easily accessible. We enjoyed our stay and will surely visit again. This listing deserves more than a 5- star rating.

The homestay offers a peaceful retreat, making it a fantastic alternative to staying in bustling Shimla, even if you're visiting the area for Shimla's attractions. The view from the room was breathtaking, adding to the serene ambiance. A special shoutout to the caretaker, Manoj, who was incredibly helpful and managed everything with enthusiasm and care. This is a beautiful place—well-decorated and ideal for a short getaway. The balcony offers stunning views, and we enjoyed a small hike around the area, including the village and main road. Although rain limited our exploration, the surroundings were peaceful and scenic. The area is still developing, so some construction noise is to be expected, though it’s beyond the host’s control. I was here on a work trip, and unfortunately, there were occasional power and internet outages that affected productivity. That said, the host went above and beyond—offering to provide an internet dongle and even relocating us to another apartment with a stronger connection. If you’re visiting for work, you may want to bring a backup option. However, most people come here to relax or party. There were a few small things that could use refinement, but the host’s warmth, responsiveness, and genuine desire to help truly made the difference. She even arranged for a late checkout as our cab was delayed.

Good place to chill , last bit of road is not for low ground clearance cars, area is very calm and peaceful, place is pretty but no Aircon and no personal balcony,, staff working there helps you with everything , there food is also very good, highly recommend.

Anil was a wonderful host and loved his charming bungalow in Salogra which is located right above the poster card pretty Salogra station, one of the stops for the toy train to Shimla. So if you are coming by train just hop on the train from Kalka station and you will be at the doorstep of Anil's homestay. It can be a micro mini trek to this pretty abode but as hill trekkers and walkers it was an added plus. There is a mini kitchenette with a fridge and gas stove etc.. and Anil generously provides all kinds of little goodies (including instant noodles) to resolve midnight food and chai cravings. This is a major plus especially if you dont want to preplan your meals or your stay. All the folks from the plains who visit the hills to recharge - Salogra, Anil, his pet Bholu and the home wont disappoint you one wee bit.

Our stay at Jimmy's Homes was amazing—it felt like a secure, luxury apartment in the hills. Each room had a beautiful balcony view, and the apartment was ready before we arrived. It was well-equipped with amenities like a washing machine, water purifier, and heater, and the showers were especially relaxing. The living room was cozy, with a cute study table. Mrs. Poonam, the caretaker, cooked us breakfast, which was a lovely convenience. You can bring groceries or buy them from the complex store, but it opens at 10 AM, so carrying snacks or essentials is recommended since food delivery isn’t available after midnight. The password-protected lock was great, though a safe in the master bedroom would have been helpful. We noticed occasional static shocks, possibly due to a grounding issue, but it was minor. The house was well-lit, airy, and 10 km from Mall Road—peaceful yet accessible. We had a fantastic stay and sincerely thank Anuj and Mrs. Poonam for making it special!

The place is located in the peaceful, hustle-free, scenic part of Kasauli. The place is very good for a family of four adults. The view from balcony is so pleasing to your eyes. you can bring your groceries to prepare the food. All the basic requirements for the kitchen including, gas stove, microwave, RO, electric kettle, induction, utensils is provided. Bedrooms are very clean offering beautiful views. Drawing room provides ample space for your to relax and you can watch your fav OTT also in the LCD provided. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and I felt this place is worth visit if you are looking for sometime to relax and enjoy the serenity of mountains.

The Nest is a rare find in India. A superb location. Wonderfully equipped. Natural light flooding the space, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite but the second one immediately next to its bedroom so effectively en-suite). The space is well thought out and furnished, with a small sofa, relaxing chairs, and a womderful bench seat in the sitting room window, overlooking a spectacular view and a perfect place to sit and read. The Location No traffic noise, but only a short walk from the main road, and whilst a 20 minute drive from Central Shiela town, it’s in a quiet area which has all you need on a day-to-day basis. Within a minute’s walk are 1/2 dozen shops selling all that you might need for your stay. Food, milk, drinks, green groceries, toiletries, hardware. The Hosts Shubham and Sandeep are perfect hosts. Attentive, very responsive and for whom nothing is too much trouble. The housekeeper is the same, and as a team they ensure that their guests feel totally looked after.

The apartment is absolutely fabulous with great view giving you the chance to view your perfect sunrise. Literally amazed by the surrounding beauty and blissfull nature. Appropriately described to very minor detail. Since there’s always room for improvement so the only suggestion is the minor repairs required in the washrooms to adjust the water pressure which is quite low.

The place as mentioned in the description is on downhill slope and it may be difficult to walk for senior citizens and young kinds. The place is well covered by Zomato & Blinkit. There is a shop for all daily necessities. We could park our car in open area in front of the building. Overall we were satisfied with the stay.
