The house has two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. The house is located about 3 miles from Kirkjubæjarklaustur, so is right between The black sand beach in Vík and The national park Skaftafell and Jökulsárlón to the east. From the house there are both views to Vatnajökull and Mýrdalsjökull.
