On the garden floor of our house, our entrances are close: you are quiet, but we are there if needed. You will find books and films made here and elsewhere, and works of art on the walls: we are also publishers... Green cottage (phyto-purification, organic garden, chickens, recovery...)

Ce logement situé au 2 éme étage comprend: entrée, cuisine entièrement équipée (senseo, grille pain, bouilloire, micro-ondes et toute la vaisselle nécessaire), un coin nuit avec lit queen size (160/200) doté d’un matelas de haute qualité, de nombreux rangements/penderie et une télévision, ainsi qu’une salle d’eau avec WC.

Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.

We will be happy to welcome you to a village house on 2 levels (1st, 2nd), combining modern comfort and the charm of antique objects. Under the Glandasse mountain, start of walks or hikes through the vineyards, Noyers, or in the mountains. 45 m² cottage/furnished tourist accommodation: 3 stars for 4 people. 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds). Beds are made on arrival, towels included, as well as the big departure cleaning.

A 75 m2, bright and warm accommodation, on the first floor of a bioclimatic house on a wooden frame, surrounded by nature, a 10-minute walk from the Place du Marché in Die. Facing south, with large openings on the Justin mountain on one side and the Glandasse massif on the other, in the heart of a plot planted with walnut trees, a squirrel paradise. Swimming in the Drôme, 5 minutes' walk, hikes on Mount Justin from the house.
