Our apartment in the village of Schwarz (Calbe/Saale) is part of an old four-sided courtyard in family ownership. Schwarz is just a stone's throw from the Saale Cycle Path and a few kilometers from the Elbe Cycle Path. If you close the courtyard gate, you leave everyday life behind in the courtyard under grapevines. Or you can start from here to the highlights of the region: Dessau, Quedlinburg, Harz, Magdeburg – but maybe just the next lake. Perfect for cyclists, families or to write your book in peace.

Separate accommodation with private bathroom

The place is conveniently located (on the L63). Bus station is 100 meters from the property. Parking is possible at the house. A bakery with breakfast is a 5-minute walk, while the city center is 20 minutes away. By car, it is 15 minutes to Dessau-Zentrum and 20 minutes to Köthen. You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

Gottesgnaden lockmaster farmstead

The house is located on the Saale island of Gottesgnaden. Here the lock keeper lived and worked with his family. Today you can relax here on the 7x4 m terrace, make yourself comfortable in the great kitchen with fireplace, enjoy the river landscape, fishing, standup paddling or chill in the approx. 1000 sqm garden. The house is a single monument and belongs to the lock. The lock is in operation and is maintained and serviced by the Water and Shipping Authority.

Studio Hugo

Das Studio HUGO bietet alles, was das Urlauberherz begehrt – ruhig gelegen am Georgengarten, im Radius von einem Kilometer das Bauhaus, die Meisterhäuser und das Kornhaus erreichbar und doch nur wenige Kilometer von der Innenstadt entfernt. Mosigkau Castle and the natural pool can be reached in a few minutes. The center of the Bauhaus city of Dessau-Rosslau is 8 km away and easily accessible via the nearby bus stop and well-developed bike paths. The apartment offers accommodation for 2 people, has a double bed in the living room (extra bed possible), a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with washing machine. Parking is available and the garden can be used. No pets allowed.

Central & quiet, 1 km to the Meisterhäuser

The apartment located in the basement has a large bedroom/living room, where another person can sleep on the ottoman or a guest mattress if necessary, a separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom with toilet, bathtub, shower and bidet. The Meisterhäuser are a 15-minute walk (1 km), the Bauhaus is about 25 minutes (2 km). Parking in front of the house as well as storage facilities for bicycles are provided.

Swallow's apartment

Our swallow apartment has a well-equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. Accessible via a separate entrance with parking in front. It is rustically designed with its own charm. In the wooden oak double bed you will sleep wonderfully quietly. You can linger on the balcony or in the garden, barbecue or end the day by the campfire. We at the Eulenhof wish you a pleasant stay. This apartment is not suitable for pets.

Apartment in Aken an der Elbe, first floor

Old building apartment in a quiet location in Aken. With respect to the history of the building, it has been completely renovated and furnished in a contemporary style. Right on St.-Nikolai Church, in the immediate vicinity of the historic market square and the shopping mile. Closed and covered parking spaces for bicycles are available by arrangement.

Köthen loft in the center
