Center of Burmensdorf; has 2 levels (3rd and 4th floor) connected by spiral staircase. Elevator from the underground car park, the forecourt (coop, Migros, etc.) to the 3rd floor. Your room is located in the lower area with bathroom right next to it and still has a shared kitchen, living room and balcony. We live on the upper floor. We do not rent throughout. In this respect, sometimes some private facilities are included in cabinets. See further relevant information on availability!

5.5 rooms, 180 square meters, freshly renovated, 2 indoor parking spaces, 2 terraces and 1 balcony (total surface 32 square meters), 2 bathrooms (two showers, one bathtub), fire place, laundry room, storage room, geothermal heating system. 30 seconds walk to the forest, 25 minutes by public transport and 10 minutes by private car to either the main station, lake or riverfront, airport or the nightlife-districts. Bus station, and shopping facilities all within walking distance.

We rent our studio (bedroom, living room incl. Office, private toilet) with two balcony accesses (once shared and once separate) during our vacation. The bathroom and the open kitchen are for shared use. The garden is large and offers numerous seating and lingering spaces as well as bathing access to the Schäflibach. It is 17 minutes on foot to Glanzenberg train station, from where a train leaves every quarter of an hour to Zurich main station (12 minutes' journey).
