Holiday rentals with beach access in Dikili

This house is very comfortable for families,for those who have a small child has a playpen,very thoughtful and clean the kitchen has everything and the toilet is spotless and something basic and you will understand it for Mytilene is that we always found to park the car. Mrs. Niki and Mr. Panayiotis are willing to help you with anything you need.

We had no trouble communicating with Thalia. She responded to our messages in a timely manner and adequately. We loved the location of the house, the view was great! We were able to get everywhere on foot. There is a grocery store in the back of the house and very reasonably priced. We went to the balcony for coffee at every opportunity, but we couldn't fully enjoy it due to the wind, it was really windy when we were in Lesvos. So the balcony was not very convenient for us, unfortunately. Kitchen utensils were sufficient, all basic things. We discovered Greek coffee thanks to Thalia:) She was a helpful, caring lady as written in the comments. Since it was not summer yet, the house was cold in the evening/night and the air conditioning worked a lot. We also had no problem with the hot water. Some comments mention the issue of noise and smoking. We didn't hear any noise and never smell cigarettes, there was no smell to the apartment we were in. Overall we were satisfied, we had a nice time with our nearly 5-year-old son:) Thank you…

We had a wonderful experience. The house is perfectly located in the city center, just a 5-minute walk to all the restaurants and museums. It was quiet, and we slept very well. The location of the house, everything was as it appeared, a very central house 2 minutes from the sea, we were satisfied, we recommend.

The host's behavior was very friendly. He is someone who gives suggestions and can return if needed. He was always smiling. We were very pleased with the house. It was very beautiful with its garden, arrangement, the furniture used in the rooms, and its width. A place where you can spend time in peace. Since the house is located in the historical Greek streets of Ayvalık, we had a little difficulty in parking and bringing the car home, but this lasted for 1 or 2 days for us, and the house is very close to the city center.

We would like to thank Mr. Özhan and his hosts for their interest. We stayed with five people and were satisfied. We had a little trouble with the air conditioner's electrical installation in the double room being incomplete. The house is 8-10 minutes away from Sarımsaklı by car. If you have a car, transportation is generally comfortable. There are very nice venues around as well.

The place was spotless. The kitchen was very well equipped. The terrace was very nice for breakfast. The living room was really beautiful, very well decorated. The garden was also very beautiful with flowers everywhere. 2 bathrooms that were convenient for the 6 people we were. We enjoyed our stay at Nikolaos' place, which we highly recommend as an Airbnb host.

As you enter the house, a noticeable smell of cleanliness greets you. The house is clean, tidy and everything that may be needed is available. Before the holiday, I asked Ms. Aynur about the density of the houseflies, as my daughter is allergic, it is an important issue for us, and when we entered the house, we saw that she put a fly repellent. Although it was a really thin mosquito net, Ms. Aynur took extra care. Mrs. Aynur and her husband are very friendly and helpful. We had a very comfortable and clean holiday. We had already chosen it by reading the very good comments, and we were not wrong. We recommend it to everyone 🙏

I couldn't think of another place for a 2-day vacation, we could reach Ms. Nur whenever we wanted, she was very helpful with her interest and advice:) In terms of location, you are within walking distance of everything:)

The accommodation is located in the port of Mytilene, only 20 minutes from the airport. You can find parking and move around the alleys that are full of fast food, restaurants and cafes. It was spotless and provided all the comforts. I will definitely choose it again.

Dear George's house was as pictured and described. We stayed comfortably as a family of four. Additional points for having cleaning supplies. Cleanliness could have been better. But it is ignored in the overall rating. The only thing missing from the house is the dishwasher. In short, it met our expectations and was a comfortable stay. The house is ten minutes from the center and at the top of the city. This has been good for us. It had a more peaceful and cool environment. Unfortunately, the two dogs of the downstairs neighbor didn't shut up at all day and night. Fortunately, we love animals.

Kostas’s apartment was definetely the best idea for a vacation in Mythilini. When we arrived, he grabbed us from the port with his car and drived to the apartment which was very kind and also he showed us the city while driving. The apartment has a beautiful view and includes every need. Definetely highly recommend this place!

We had a really nice stay here. The apartment is located at a quiet part of Ermou street. Our favorite part was the balcony with beautiful views of the city, the castle and the sea. Our host was nice and responded quickly. We'd love to stay here again the next time in Mytilini 😊
