Cet appartement jouit d'une vue exceptionnelle et panoramique sur le pont, la collégiale, la citadelle et la vallée Mosane. Vous êtes au coeur de Dinant dans un lieu calme et serein. Vous êtes à deux pas de la maison du Tourisme, de la Gare et des commerces de proximités ( 2 épiceries, boulangerie avec formule petit-déjeuner, snacks, brasseries...) L'ameublement est entièrement neuf et fonctionnel. Un parking public couvert est disponible à côté du logement ( coût 8 euros par jour ).

Our cottage is located in Yvoir, in the middle of the most beautiful villages of Wallonia (Crupet, Spontin, etc.) in the immediate vicinity of the main roads (E411-N4), in the Meuse Valley, between Dinant and Namur, close to the Bocq Valley and the Molignée (Maredsous, etc.) and a stone's throw from the climbing area. Our cottage is quiet at the bottom of a cul-de-sac with direct access to the many country roads that cross fields and woods where you can walk or mountain bike.

Enjoy your neighbors donkeys, alpacas goats, rabbits and of 2 large Aras living in the trees. you will see them flying in the morning. located in Annevoie 10 min from all shops between Namur and Dinant.

It's worth it, the Mountain. The house is located on a flank of the Meuse Valley. When you take the centuries-old pilgrims' path, you are happy to arrive, breathing at the foot of the Dinant wall. Our family home is there, waiting for you. It was our grandfather who hung it on the rock "to prevent it from sliding down". My brothers and I decided to keep it and occasionally open it to other lovers of the region.
