Apartment holiday rentals in District 1

I enjoyed my stay at this bnb. It’s very private, but you can still venture outside and walk around to places. It’s very clean and has a beautiful pool and gym that I hardly saw anyone use. I really enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to others!

The apartment was very clean with a lot of supplies. Easy and seamless check in and fantastic communication with the host. The staff on site was also very kind and helpful. The apartment is in a newly developed area with spas cafes and restaurants just downstairs. Amazing views of the bridge and river and very close to district one.

We had a wonderful stay at Thuy’s place. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was Thuy’s warmth and hospitality. she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and even took the time to chat, which made our experience even more special. We truly appreciated her kindness and will definitely be back. Thank you, Thuy, for such a lovely stay.

Extended my trip because the place was remarkable and super cozy. Spent my entire recovery period here and definitely will come back to stay again!

The apartment was exactly what it looked like on pictures when we walked inside. It was super spacious, clean and new with everything that we need for the stay. The location of the apartment is only 10 minutes away by car from the main attractions in the city. And you can find some nice restaurants within the estate which we have tried during our short stay. Most importantly the host was super helpful in providing help and information to us from our initial Enquiry to check in and check out. Overall, I would highly recommend the apartment to anyone traveling in a large group when visiting HCMC.

Lovely stay and a lovelier host. Great place at a very convenient location with quick and easy access to everything we were after. Helen (host) was super accommodating and made the entire experience as smooth as butter. Definitely a spot to come back to!

The room is spacious and clean overall Sheets, etc. are also clean Plenty of water and daily necessities are also provided

We had a wonderful stay at Anh’s Airbnb . They were incredibly accommodating and provided extra mattresses for our kids making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hospitality and attention to our needs were much appreciated. We’d definitely recommend this host to others.

We stayed for about 45 days. I was relieved that the security and convenience store were available 24 hours a day. There was a cockroach, but the host responded immediately. The process for entering the gym and replenishing daily necessities was also very quick and helpful. The host was quick to contact us, so we had a comfortable stay!

Manuka was a wonderful host and the apartment is located in a great area, just steps away from wonderful restaurants. The area is brightly lit at night and felt extremely safe. Highly recommend this

We had a great stay here! The location was nice, close to everything we needed, making it easy to explore the area. Our host was very friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to store our luggage after checkout free of charge, which was a huge help. The place was equipped with all the essentials, making it comfortable and convenient for our extended stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh.

Beautiful accommodation on the 11th floor. Just outside the center so you have to walk a few minutes ( which did not bother us). There is everything you need. The apartment was clean and bright. The host was friendly and quick to respond.

The place was comfortable and spacious for a family of 4. The area is peaceful but accessible at the same time and easy transportation. Nidova even went above and beyond by allowing us to leave our luggages at their office after checking out. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a place to stay in D1. Great place with easy transport to all sites in HCM. The apartment complex had incredible facilities and was great. Will definitely stay here again when I’m back in saigon!

Tung’s place was fantastic! Co-host Quynh was the best. Great location, modern condo building with amazing rooftop pool. Washer/dryer in unit was super helpful. Location is right in the middle of it all in District 1. Quynh was super responsive and helpful throughout our trip. Would absolutely stay again. And reminder to point the A/C remote at the small receiver in the ceiling!
