Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in District 1

We highly recommend this place! The location is fantastic — all the local landmarks are within walking distance, which made exploring the area super easy and enjoyable. There are also convenience stores nearby, which was very handy. My kids especially loved the bathtub — it was a great way for them to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, a great stay!

We were 4 adults and this 02 bedroom apartment was well kept, clean, comfortable and ideally located for us. The place is a short walk to places like War Remnants Museum and accessible to other touristic places. A 24/7 mart at the basement and also a food court makes it quite convenient. All our queries were answered promptly. Some condiments in the kitchen like salt and sugar would be nice. We would definitely visit again.

Very homey airbnb! Fit 4 people- Saigon traffic is crazy so being in district 1 and close to the church was essential for us to have things to do. Quynh was very responsive to all our needs. The location is right in Japan town as advertised with spas and restaurants right there. The room doesn’t have a direct view, but I was able to see the fireworks by looking out the window towards the river. A word is that Westerners may not be used to the Japanese style room (mainly the shower that drains into the bathroom area and the raised toilets). It took a bit to get used to but the room was overall comfortable and spending 5 nights there was enjoyable! We really made use of the washer and dryer after the long trip as well.

close proximity to everything we needed shops, cafes, restaurants & bars. helpful and very easy to communicate with great room woth stunning views. I highly recommend this place if you want to be close to everything.

Amazing place to stay, clean with pool & sauna. Central to distinct one. Peaceful and quiet at night time with security guards down in reception. Very safe area. Jodie was always responsive and answered and questions we had, really good host. We’ve extended our trip and booked to stay longer at another one of her apartments.

Annie's place is cleaned and in a very convenient apartment complex. It's also walkable to D1 and the city center while remaining on the quieter side of the river. I recommend staying here!

I enjoyed my stay at this bnb. It’s very private, but you can still venture outside and walk around to places. It’s very clean and has a beautiful pool and gym that I hardly saw anyone use. I really enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to others!

We had a wonderful stay at Thuy’s place. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was Thuy’s warmth and hospitality. she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and even took the time to chat, which made our experience even more special. Very helpful and responsive host. Room was nice and clean, looked like photos and well equipped. There are convenient stores, mini supermarket and pharmacy downstairs. Prime location.

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

It was such a good stay for my little family. Felt like home for us, especially travelling with an infant.

The place is perfect for solo travel very modern and clean the description is very accurate and the rooftop is very nice especially for photos. There are also two convenient stores next to the building and the host was very attentive, very responsive and was always helpful I much appreciated it. The main area like district 1,5 and 7 is not far so the grabs were very cheap.
