这个房子位置非常好，楼下就是美食一条街，步行就能到独立宫，马路对面就是美妆店手机营业厅和摩托车行。房东夫妻俩非常热情，每天都帮我们把摩托车搬进屋，最后一天让我们寄存行李，临走还送了小礼物。猫猫也很可爱亲人。房好人好猫也好。

Everything was great and perfect. As per what was on the listing and exactly the same as the pictures. Place was clean, toilet was clean and spacious as well, and the bed and pillow was also comfortable. Definitely a place to comeback to stay when visiting Ho Chi Minh and this listing is definitely worth the hype and all the good reviews. Host is also very helpful, friendly and responsive catering to all my needs during my stay here. Also, there is a common area for washing and drying for your laundry which was good for long term stay as well. Overall, definitely a bang for your buck!

My dad and I had such a lovely stay at Domino! Everyone was so kind and helpful 🫶 and the place itself was such a peaceful haven after a day of exploring! We enjoyed it so much we are coming back at the end of our trip! Thank you! 🙏

I am from NYC on the other side of the world. I've been staying at various places on my trips to Vietnam. This place in Saigon is a great value for price, space, over look, comfort and location. The apt room is on a small narrow street all the way in the back. There are cafes, restaurants and spa on this road as well. Follow the photos they send you to find the apt. It's not the first name of the residence you see, but further inward. They have laundry and dryer machines on the common area downstairs. The bed is comfy, and place is maintained very well with good AC, lighting, natural light. Overall very safe place I'd stay here again next time. Thanks

Good for a solo traveller. Has everything that you need. Only complain is the renovation noise going on in a nearby building, but this only happens early in the morning, and not the owners fault. Overall worth the money!

Chuyen is the type of host that goes above and beyond! So welcoming and accommodating! Place gave us enough space to not feel clustered like one would in a typical hotel room. Unique layout for 1 bedroom, definitely in a good way. Lots of options nearby, spas- food - coffee.

Awesome spot and felt like walking into home. Perfect location with great restaurants nearby and great recommendations given by Mallorie. Everything as listed and would definitely come back.

Truly a home away from home. I confess, my initial arrival left me a little disappointed. Being so close to the local market, I worried about noise disrupting my rest. But oh, how wrong I was! The room and the entire establishment were absolutely superb. Its proximity to District 1's tourist spots is fantastic; you can even walk to many of them. There's so much to see and do, you'll be exhausted in the best way possible! The team, especially Dan and Duong, truly looked after me. They were incredibly reliable and always quick to assist. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. When my travels bring me back to Saigon, I already know exactly where I'm going.

Amazing apartment in HCMC! Our host Raymond was extremely responsive and helpful the whole way. The apartment was very clean and tidy just like the photos and the best part is that it's located in an extremely convenient location within District 1, we were able to walk almost everywhere during our trip. The rooftop pool had an amazing view too! We had a great time staying here and we would definitely return the next time we are back in town!

Apartment is cute and all I needed. Perfect for solo travellers or couples. Evie was very helpful during my stay and had fast response.

Great apartment walkable distance to restaurants , convenience stores and main attractions. Being located in District One means tours will pick you up out front which is super convenient. Host really responsive ; kindly gave us a late check out for a small fee.

Very helpful and responsive host. Room was nice and clean, looked like photos and well equipped. There are convenient stores, mini supermarket and pharmacy downstairs. Prime location.

Ich war für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Ho Chi Minh. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen und man kann alles Fußläufig erreichen. Das Gebäude ist ziemlich heruntergekommen und nicht sehr sauber. Wenn man aber erstmal in der Wohnung ist fühlt man sich direkt wohl. Kleine, Saubere, gemütliche Wohnung, die alles hat was man für seinen Aufenthalt braucht. Auch eine Waschmaschine mit 20‘ schnell durchlauf (sehr praktisch, wenn man seine T-Shirts schnell voll schwitzt) ist vorhanden. Preis-Leistung ist wirklich super wenn man es mit den Hotels in der Gegend vergleicht, die ein ähnliches Ambiente bieten wollen. Kann die Unterkunft empfehlen und würde sie selber auch wieder nutzen.

This was an awesome experience with Annie’s accomodation. She is very kind and responsive, the accomodation was perfect for my needs and very quiet room. The surroundings are a bit busy but that’s what I expected and wanted staying in central D1

I had an amazing stay at this penthouse apartment in Ho Chi Minh City. The place was absolutely spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt very comfortable from the moment I arrived. It offered excellent value for money, especially considering the spacious layout and the fantastic city views. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, going above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly—from check-in to local recommendations. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting HCMC—whether you’re here for work or leisure, this place is a perfect choice!

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

Overall, we had a happy stay. The apartment was clean and well-presented, with plenty of shops and dining options right below. The only concern was the steep and narrow staircase leading to the apartment—something to keep in mind if you're carrying large suitcases. In that case, it may be better to book the identical apartment located downstairs. We stayed in the upper unit, but overall, the experience was very positive and we’d be happy to return next time :)
