Pet-friendly holiday rentals in District 1

Very helpful people👏🏼

Big enough room to sleep 10 easily. Full of nostalgia items decorated all over the place yet well maintained and clean. Anh and Le were responsive and provide help whenever asked of. A quiet area yet within 10 mins walk to the Ben Thanh market. Nice coffee place around the area and convenience stall within 5 mins walk as well. Can also walk to Saigon centre within 15 mins. Recommended!

We loved our stay in HCMC District 1. The house is down a quiet narrow street with other residences. The main living space on the ground floor was a lot bigger than it looks in the photos and we could comfortably fit all 11 guests for meals. The rooms are spacious and all have their own bathroom ensuite. There is a lady who sells breakfast on the corner of the lane 10m from the front door. She changes the menu every day but is generally a noodle soup of varying flavours. We found them all delicious and seriously cheap ~35k.

The accommodation is worth the price, there are many eateries, restaurants, convenience stores around. The location is worth it. What I like most is the local community, Saigon people are very friendly and kind. Whenever they see me, the neighbors around there often smile friendly. I love Saigon people and I want to live there long term.

Once again I chose this place. It's amazing, the host prepared us a house with lots of greenery. I'm a very demanding client but it's great, they do everything very perfectly, the structure of the house has four very separate floors, always airy and full of freshness. The landlord is friendly and they also send very details on how to check in. Once again I love the host and see the host as a friend. Thank you very much.

Nice and quiet place, easy to access market, local food and drink. Rooms were clean and tidy, easy to use. The host is friendly and instruct very clear about the rules and policies. There is one small disadvantage is that main street is hard for Car or Van to drive in. So i recommend use motorbike. In general, this place is worth every penny you spend.

Very helpful host and the location was great. Any problems we encountered Vi very promptly helped us, would recommend staying here.

방문한 에어비앤비 숙소들 중에 제일 좋았어요 👍 호스트가 비슷한 방들을 많이 가지고 있어서, 사진과는 아주 조금씩 다를 수는 있지만, 전체적으로는 거의 같은 컨디션이에요. 해당 숙소는 20층이라 정말 조용해서 좋았고 뷰가 너무 예뻤어요~ 그리고 화장실은 사진과 다르게 불투명 시트지로 되어있어서 안심했어요 😌 그리고 다른 곳들과 다르게 작은 수건 4, 큰 수건 4 이렇게 기본 제공되고, 호스트에게 말하면 하루에 한 번씩 수건 교체, 방 청소 해주세요. (수건 갯수, 청소 시간 정확하게 말씀드려야 서로서로 편해요 ☺️) - 원래는 에어비앤비로 다른 숙소를 예약했었는데, 거기가 일주일 전에 갑자기 해당 숙소가 에어비앤비 금지 숙소가 되었다며 예상치도 못하게 다른 곳으로 변경한다는걸 거절하고(사기같다는 생각이 들었거든요) 이 숙소로 부랴부랴 다시 예약하게 되었던건데, 오히려 너무 다행이라는 생각이 들었어요.. 😭 원래는 같은 지역에 가도 다른 에어비앤비를 경험해보고 싶어하는 타입인데, 몇번이고 여기로 올 것 같아요!! 진짜 후회 없으실겁니다,,⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The apartment was very clean with a lot of supplies. Easy and seamless check in and fantastic communication with the host. The staff on site was also very kind and helpful. The apartment is in a newly developed area with spas cafes and restaurants just downstairs. Amazing views of the bridge and river and very close to district one.

We booked this as first timers in vietnam & was so happy we came across this place because Linh helped us soo much & the place is better then the photos so clean, you see it smell it and feel it!! if your complementing staying, stay for sure!!! and communicating to linh was amazing thankyou ☺️☺️

David was extremely helpful, and I had a wonderful experience at the property. My family really enjoyed the stay—the house was clean and well-maintained. David was always responsive whenever I reached out, and the helper was also very kind and assisted us with everything we needed. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

We loved our stay at Kate’s place. Close to many delicious restaurants, shops and attractions. The place was spotless when we arrived. The rooftop pool is a must for those super hot days!!! So nice to be able to cool off!! Will definitely be staying here on our next visit to Saigon!! Thank you Kate and Jason!!!

The place is perfect for solo travel very modern and clean the description is very accurate and the rooftop is very nice especially for photos. There are also two convenient stores next to the building and the host was very attentive, very responsive and was always helpful I much appreciated it. The main area like district 1,5 and 7 is not far so the grabs were very cheap.

Great stay with my friends in this beautiful house over 3 floors! Offers some privacy and comfort in a very nice residential area. Appartment was fully equipped and very clean. I would come back again!

This listing has the perfect location and the host has been very helpful recommending places to visit. There are few things to note, to reach the place you have to walk up the stairs and the place is not pristine clean but it has its charm, spacious, homey, and well decorated. The place is also not soundproof and has plenty of natural light coming in. If you are particular about cleanliness and a light sleeper, maybe consider this. I consider myself one, but really, I could not complain. Clean after yourself, bring earplugs and eyeshade, and you have everything you need. Thank you for letting us stay and helping us explore Ho Chi Minh.

Great location in the heart of the city. The room was clean, spacious, with a comfortable bed and pretty cool decor. The staff were lovely and helpful, and the free laundry service is very useful. Free coffee and water as well in the lobby. I would recommend this place and will be coming again.

I have so many good things to say about the place & the host. The unit is really clean, convenient, functional amenities, and easy to find. Henry is like an old friend that I can run to whenever I have questions about anything. He is such an amazing host.
