This place located in the best location in the city: restaurants, attractions, and quiet street. The facilities are the best. The whirlpool bath tub is just like any top hotels in Saigon.

My family, my wife and 7 month baby, enjoyed our time at the home. The team is very responsive to our needs from baby cot to a high chair and also a day when ants invade due to us not throwing out the trash in time, the situation was properly and swiftly dealt with. It is a quiet neighborhood away from the Main Street and we enjoy the quiet time after a day out at the property. Overall it was great, thank you for the hospitality :)

This place is clean, well designed, very comfortable, and for a great value. The hosts are super responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed there in the month of June of 2025 The place is very safe. Security is always around . I stayed at the studio apartment for 10 days and loved every day there. There's a key fob for the elevator and a key for your room. Also security cameras are in the hall way and the pool is nice. The AC system is awesome you'll definetly stay cool inside. The place is close to plenty of places to get food fast and also it's close to tourist spots Im actually considering going back again in a few months. I rate the place a 5 star place I have not one complaint about this place. Also taxi cab drivers get to this area fast. If your coming from America etc remember to download the Grab app to order a driver etc by app. You'll save alot of money on cab fare. It's used by millions here. Also check out the resturant connected to the building . The food and tea is great there 👍. This area is safe for taking walks . Owners allowed me to get an early check in also Robert R. Anh's place was a really refreshing place to stay at. After staying in multiple Airbnb which are usually apartment complexes or low-rise condos, it was nice to have a more local and private space to stay at. As described, you'll have the whole floor to yourself and access is via elevator. All the rooms have nice views of the sports complex so no large buildings to block your view nearby. The maid that comes by 3 times a week really helped to keep the place clean and take away the garbage. Overall, it was a great stay and no issues with anything.

I've been to several airbnbs now and I've never been greeted so kindly and got so many suggestions and hints. It was also so clean that I was happy to use the kitchen and could also ask for new things at any time. I was also positively surprised that I was able to do my laundry for free and even got laundry detergent. With the small desk with bright light, I was also able to continue to work perfectly on my private belongings. I would have loved to spend my time there longer. I'd love to come back :)

We enjoyed our stay at Huong’s place. The place was spotless and the value for money was very good. It was close to the main attractions but very quiet which was ideal!

I really enjoyed the location, practically in the heart of Ho Chi Minh while also quiet (for a big city) and felt safe. The side-street location is charming and I liked being able to look down from the balcony to watch the shops and people outside at the start of their day. The roof-top, accessible to guests, offers a scenic view not to be missed. I also enjoyed the 125,000 vnd rooftop breakfast offered by the establishment right next door. My husband and I had a great stay!

we had a great stay at the apartment and would return to us to host. The location is good, close to downtown (about 20/30 minutes walking, depending on where it is). It is located in a hidden, quiet little neighborhood, which helps in the silence of the room. Large bathroom, good shower and a small balcony. we felt at home. Our only problem was with the pillows that were too high. Hosting (Jan) got new ones quickly, but we didn't adapt. but this is something personal. we recommend the site

We had a great stay here, in a perfect area where it was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go in central Ho Chi Minh. The room was just as pictured with a comfortable bed and great amenities and was everything we needed as we were mostly just there to sleep. Lien was a helpful host pre check in with clear instructions. The only thing that might interrupt some (which is mentioned on the ad) is the loud bell at 4am from the church opposite, but some noise is the sacrifice you make when staying in the centre of a bustling city. It was a great stay and I would return again. 5 ⭐️s!

Nice and clean place in Saigon. We had a nice stay. A bit far from Ben tahn market, and other attractions so we had to get a grab ride. If you’re concerned about water pressure, may not be the place for you.

Love this place! 24/7 security. Supermarket bottom level. Circle K across the street. Very clean. Showers are nice. Beds are nice. Will definitely book again! Thank you

The good: 1. Great Staff: All staff members speak really good english and are very friendly and helpful. Anytime I had an issue, they immediately jumped into action to correct the problem. Also, they´re alot of fun to talk to about life in Vietnam! 2. Very clean: I´ve staid in various housing accomodations throughout Vietnam and this by far was the cleanest. 3. Location: There is a local produce market within walking distance of the property. Also, the local kids and neighbors are very friendly often taking time to smile and wave at you. Also, there is a lovely neighborhood park where you can find kids and dogs playing at night. The not so good: 1. the occasional roach. But that´s difficult to not experience in Vietnam. Just ask for bug spray from the front desk. 2. The bed isn´t uncomfortable but it´s also not super comfortable either. You can definitely feel the springs in the bed but somehow, it isn´t the worst bed but it could be better. The bed sheets are amazingly soft!!

Loved this place! The building has everything you need—multiple coffee shops, Citigym, ATMs, and several convenience stores—all close to District 1 without the intense bustle. Tons of great restaurants nearby too. The host was incredibly responsive and very helpful with recommendations for restaurants, bars, and arranging airport transportation. The only suggestion I’d make is to perhaps add a few more kitchen items, like a coffee maker, blender, and some extra utensils. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants easy access to the best spots in Saigon. You can comfortably walk everywhere—just be mindful of the scooters, as they can be intense!

Such a wonderful place to stay. Super convenient to anywhere in the city. Thanks for having such a cozy place for us as visitors to enjoy Saigon while we were here.

Nice home and plenty of amenities in the room

We stayed in this home for 11 days in a great location. There are several shops on the street as well as a laundry service. The room is spacious and clean, cleaning is done every 3 days. There are a lot of ants, as mentioned in the reviews. The balcony is a real plus! Two cats are present in the building; they are very cute, but if you are allergic it can be a problem. I thank our host Hâu for his kindness as well as his recommendations. Don't hesitate to talk to him: he will know how to guide you and give you good addresses.

This was my second time staying at Henry House. Great location and services.

This place was right in the middle of the city, explored all of the tourist attractions on foot. Highly recommend booking this stay!!
