Great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Квартира чистая со всеми ежедневными принадлежностями , хозяйка отзывчивая . Расположение дома отличное прямо в центре близко ко всем достопримечательностям . Дом старый похож на вьетнамское общежитие с кодовым навесным замком на двери квартиры . Лифт работает до 11 часов вечера . Мы в первый день заселения гуляли по городу и пришли после 11 и поднимались на 9 этаж пешком . Но квартира очень чистая , без насекомых. Мы выселились днём и попросили оставить свой багаж в квартире , так как рейс был поздно вечером . Так же когда вечером пришли за багажом , хозяйка без проблем разрешила освежиться в душе перед отъездом. Комфортное жильё с удобной локацией.

I stayed with three friends, and the two-bedroom apartment was feel comfortable. The space was clean and airy, so really relaxing. The building has a gym and pool 👍🏻. The host responded quickly and support from check-in to check-out. Overall, a pleasant place for a short stay with a small group.

La estancia fue increíble, una de las mejores zonas para alojarse, pude dormir como un bebé, me quedé una semana completa y se me pasó Super rápido, sin duda, volvería a quedarme ahí, todo me quedaba muy cerca desde restaurantes, hasta sitios de interés, todo podía llegar caminando, la comunicación siempre fue muy buena y me ayudaron un montón, espero volver muy pronto

The location is excellent, right next to the Binh City Market in the city center. It's within walking distance to the surrounding attractions, and the structure of the house is very characteristic of Vietnam. The landlord responds promptly and is very easy to communicate with

Big enough room to sleep 10 easily. Full of nostalgia items decorated all over the place yet well maintained and clean. Anh and Le were responsive and provide help whenever asked of. A quiet area yet within 10 mins walk to the Ben Thanh market. Nice coffee place around the area and convenience stall within 5 mins walk as well. Can also walk to Saigon centre within 15 mins. Recommended!

Ce grand appartement est agréable. Il est situé dans un quartier légèrement excentré mais reste pratique. La chambre est très confortable. Une bonne expérience pour moi.

This was a very convenient place for me to stay. Lots to do and close to the amenities I need. Getting around the city is super easy with Grab, they pull right up to the door. Security guards and front desk workers were always friendly and made me feel safe. Our hosts were great communicators- my inbound flight was delayed by half a day, and they stayed in touch with me the whole time, updating me. I will definitely stay in one of their Airbnbs again in the future!!

We had a wonderful stay at Thuy’s place. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was Thuy’s warmth and hospitality. she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and even took the time to chat, which made our experience even more special. I enjoyed my stay at this bnb. It’s very private, but you can still venture outside and walk around to places. It’s very clean and has a beautiful pool and gym that I hardly saw anyone use. I really enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to others!

Ich war für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Ho Chi Minh. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen und man kann alles Fußläufig erreichen. Das Gebäude ist ziemlich heruntergekommen und nicht sehr sauber. Wenn man aber erstmal in der Wohnung ist fühlt man sich direkt wohl. Kleine, Saubere, gemütliche Wohnung, die alles hat was man für seinen Aufenthalt braucht. Auch eine Waschmaschine mit 20‘ schnell durchlauf (sehr praktisch, wenn man seine T-Shirts schnell voll schwitzt) ist vorhanden. Preis-Leistung ist wirklich super wenn man es mit den Hotels in der Gegend vergleicht, die ein ähnliches Ambiente bieten wollen. Kann die Unterkunft empfehlen und würde sie selber auch wieder nutzen.

I’ve stayed here twice now and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the city. Really clean and comfortable with great facilities. Manuka and all of the women at the apartment are really helpful and friendly. The apartment is quiet, relaxing and modern. It’s also a really good location with restaurants, convenience stores etc nearby.

Loved it here. Check-in was easy, we’ve stayed in another one of their units before, we booked again! It was so clean and lots of space!! Will be booking here again in the future!

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.
