Holiday rentals with a patio in District 12

The location is near the airport and easy to find so that very convenient to move. The room is very comfortable, moving in is very easy and automatic .The host is very friendly, he suggested good places to eat and visit. A great place to stay

The room is as pictured, the host is enthusiastically supportive. The projector is available with netflix, the essential oil sauna is quite fragrant. However in the evening there will be a bit of sewer smell, you should close the toilet door and it will run out. For if you take a motorbike, consider it because the slope to the basement for parking is high. I'm female so I'm a little afraid not to drive down. Everything else is ok, the room is fully furnished and worth the price

Check-in went smoothly. The room was exactly as described. Very good internet, which was important to me (I work remotely). There is an adorable dog living in the house, not aggressive at all. The location is perfect for those who love silence, neither the sound of the airport nor the bikes. Touristic spots can be easily and cheaply reached by bike taxi. The host also helped with booking tickets for local sleeping buses, explained everything in great detail for the next trip. Definitely recommend it to everyone! The next time I come to Ho Chi Minh City, I will try to get to this beautiful and hospitable house.

This is my first time to Vietnam so staying with locals is very important. The owner and his family were so enthusiastic that I couldn't leave and stay longer. I'm sitting in this spacious room, very comfortable for me and writing these lines. The house is far from the center but for me this was a plus. People who really live here. There are neighbors around and the life they live every day is very lively and I love watching it. If I come again, I want to come back here. It's like I'm home. I slept really well. The shower is very unusual and the house itself is unique. I am so grateful to have chosen this place for my first experience. Thank you. May happiness for this family ❤️ P. S. My wife and I had a pleasant stay. Spacious, clean, and easily accessible. The Viacom mall was only 100 yards away. We were able to locate many Korean restaurants nearby as well. The host was exceptionally patient and kind, providing all the necessary information for our comfortable stay. I would come back and stay again.

I had a great stay at this apartment! The view of the city was nice. The kitchen and living room were spacious and nicely laid out—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The TV was a good size for movie nights, and the bed was super comfortable. Overall, a clean, cozy, and well-equipped place. I’d definitely stay here again!

The quick response was also good... I asked for a quick check-in and plenty of towels, and they responded to all of my requests satisfactorily. ^^ I'm planning to visit again next time, and I'm planning to stay again. ^^

Absolutely Amazing Stay! I had an incredible experience at this Airbnb. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described (if not better!). The host was super friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. All the amenities were top-notch – from the fast WiFi to the fully equipped kitchen. The location was also perfect, close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had – I highly recommend this place and would 100% stay here again. The apartment is located at District 4, but it is very close to District 1. Enjoyed my stay there!
