We had a great time at Binhs place! Excellent communication throughout the entire stay was a plus. We wanted softer pillows which we got instantly! The lady downstairs is the sweetest. The room is very spacious and has all you need. Noisy builders next door but nothing they can control. Recommend this place wholeheartedly.

This man deserves a Nobel Peace Prize. I am Thong's first guest after COVID, so the house is still being renovated here and there, but he provided everything I needed at my request in a timely manner. His wife and daughter have also been extremely friendly and approachable. The neighborhood is local where everything is handy and not so expensive, which I loved. The location is close to District 1. You can just take the bus to go to the city center. The only thing is the stairs are a little steep, but that's common to other houses in Saigon. If you have leg problems, kindly double check with Thong. Thong deserves the Peace Prize because he did his best to support me when I had a really bad health situation on the day I was supposed to leave Vietnam. He took me to the airport and tried to look for a new flight ticket for me. He also bought me food many times when I could barely get up. I could have made my trip back home without him.

We stayed at I@Homes for almost 2.5 months. Our stay was very comfortable. We had everything that we needed. We were provided with extra tablet and kitchen utilities. Surii helped us with everything and assisted us whenever needed like washing clothes, grab food, etc. The location is very peaceful and very very near to District 1. It was convenient to move in and out of the building 24x7. The location has many restaurants, coffe shops and grocery stores. It's a perfect place for someone looking for a short term or a long-term accomodation.

I booked this hotel on behalf of my dad. He shared that the place felt like a 4-star hotel. Moana was the perfect host. She went out of her way to welcome him and to ensure everything was nice. He definitely recommends her place.

The apartment is in a very quiet side street with very nice neighbors and delicious little street food stands in a great neighborhood in the middle of Saigon. We had 2 rooms on the 2nd floor, one with a spacious and beautifully landscaped balcony. Both rooms were spacious, very clean and tidy. The hosts were very nice and helpful. Thank you so much for the pleasant stay and the wonderful time at your place!

My staying at Mr. Manh Cuong's Airbnb in HCM(Ho Chi Minh). I stayed the Airbnb place of Mr. Manh Cuong for 1 month. First of all, I really really appreciate the landlord's hospitality, kindness and being sincere. He kept his promise and contract to the end, I stayed in secure and comfortable at his place. The neighborhood is very familiar and safe. There are many CCTV, security cameras and lights during the nights in the neighborhood. The room is independent from others, so I stayed on comfortable without any interruptions. It has a good air conditioner and hot water in bathroom. The house is clean, cozy and comfortable. The location is very accessible to any places in HCM city. It is close to the International airport and not far from the downtown. Nearby, there are big shopping malls, such as E-mart, Lotte mart, and Giga mart, so you can get everything there. There are some traditional markets, Go Vap Market, a local university, HCM industrial college and a local park so you can enjoy them enough. If you will choose this place, you can enjoy and experience the Vietnamese local life completely, I believe. And you can visit the 1st district and downtown easily, it is not far from the place. You can get to HCM square, Bach Dang port and park, Waterbus terminals, Bui Vien the travelers' street very easily and fast by grab or go-jeck services, something like that. The price is very cheap. Go Vap district where the Airbnb place is located is very safe, peaceful and not noisy. Friendly local people, rich convenient facilities, kind and faithful landlord, they are a perfect combination for your visiting and staying in HCM city. You can enjoy the fancy and good restaurants and the local street food at the same time by cheap price, because they are for local people. I recommend you this Airbnb place as the best choice for the HCM visit. You won't be disappointed from it. Lastly, thanks to Mr. Manh Cuong, the landlord again. I wish I will be able to visit his place again. I am already missing my 1 month stay there.

I really like this place. This was my second time there. The rooms is comfortable, lovely and has everything you need. Also the area is quiet nice with a local living around, restaurants and bar. The café downstairs is also pretty nice. I’ll come back!

I was embarrassed because the accommodation was very slightly in the alley, but it wasn't hard to find. The size of the house, the location, the air conditioning, and all the facilities were satisfactory.

Perfect and really clean. We had a great time and it was really peaceful ☺️

Everything good I use to come here many times

The room is tidy, clean, airy, spacious, enough utilities. Enthusiastic, helpful host. Easy, proactive, flexible check in process. The only 2 small minus points are: - The bathroom has a slight smell, not a bad smell but like a small room and mystery despite the fact that the bathroom is not small. The reason I think is because the house system has the same sewer. This is hard to avoid so it can be understanding. Because the bathroom is clean, it does not create a very uncomfortable feeling. - In the room (bed and Sofa) there are some flower-shaped animals, both decorate and fragrant the room( because the host sprayes the room spray in it). But the smell is very strong and like the usual hotel bleach laundry. I couldn't tolerate this smell and had to move those 3 pillows to the balcony during my 3 days there. After that, the room smells nice like home. I think it's not necessary to spray the pillow with a room spray. In short, the room is still good value and 5* worth it. I'll be back in the next business trip.

Room looks exactly like on photos. Host very friendly and responding fast. In the house is relatively quiet for city center.

I felt comfortable and at ease during my stay here. The space was quiet and secure, which made me feel safe throughout my visit. The room was thoughtfully arranged and met all the needs of a minimalist lifestyle. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, like providing small items such as cotton pads for guests. I genuinely liked this place.

The Hosts were very friendly and helpful for all of our needs. We loved the cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere of the home. There were plenty of nice amenities that really makes us feel at home like full kitchen with all for our cooking needs, washer and dryer, linens and towels, quiet a/c, daily fresh brewed coffee. The hosts were also kind enough to help with calling for local taxi service to airport. We would definitely stay at this home again and recommend it to fellow travelers! Generally it’s a good experience staying at Van’s place. Very convenient location, there are enough amenities for my trip period and the room is spacious. Van was friendly and prompt to answer my questions. Just a little bit surprised that there’s no elevator to my room (as it’s also on top and required me to climb many stairs so I took it as a chance to exercise) but I guess it just how Vietnamese architecture culture is and totally fine for me after the first day.

Mochi is a kind host. The place is surrounded by lots of good restaurants. And the room is super cozy, small but has everything you need during your travel.
