We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Landmark 81 in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very well-equipped, with stunning views of the city skyline. The location is fantastic—right next to Vincom Center and close to everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. Kevin place is of walkable distance to Ben Thant Market! Concealed in an alley but felt safe. Kevin is a responsive host!

this is my first airbnb where check-in was extremely seamless and uncomplicated and i genuinely appreciate that. even though there were no lifts and the way up to the apartment is dark and narrow, we still felt safe and at least the other inhabitants were private and mindful! it would be nice to have simple clothing rack where we can air clothes and towels. otherwise, the amenities were substantial, bed is clean and i really liked the electric air freshener in the toilet. slayed!!

Very comfortable bed and great bathroom amenities. The flat is on a cool alley with some nice restaurants and shops. The host was responsive, helpful, and kind. Would stay again!

Great place to stay! A little tricky to find, but was able to find with Huy’s helpful directions! Huy’s staff helped transport our luggage up the many stairs, nice private area, some noise at night but did not affect or stay or sleep! Overall a great stay!

We loved our stay, super clean, beautiful apparently with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Felt very safe as it’s a gated community. The pool was beautiful but very crowded with families/ young children that are residents of the community. Overall very beautiful place & enjoyed our time.

Huu is very enthusiastic and close to the risk, will return to vao dip ke tiep! the place is very secure and the liver is flying!

Ai was a great host, check in was super smooth even when I checked in late night. Super accessible and centrally located. I recommend it if you want to stay somewhere away from hustle in peace.

Le and family are very nice and friendly people, breakfast and any other meal you like can be cooked by the employee of the house, at your service 24/7,. The private room is large and confortable, the location is not central, you need around 45 minutes drive from the airport, same to the city center, the traffic in Ho Chi Minh is one of the worst in Southeast Asia but if you are on business trip, this location is great, good wifi access and privacy we needed.

The place is quiet and well located, it will give you a stay in suburban feeling. Just 9 kilometer away from down town district 1 and easy to access everywhere.

Check-in went smoothly. The room was exactly as described. Very good internet, which was important to me (I work remotely). There is an adorable dog living in the house, not aggressive at all. The location is perfect for those who love silence, neither the sound of the airport nor the bikes. Touristic spots can be easily and cheaply reached by bike taxi. The host also helped with booking tickets for local sleeping buses, explained everything in great detail for the next trip. Definitely recommend it to everyone! The next time I come to Ho Chi Minh City, I will try to get to this beautiful and hospitable house.

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

Clean rooms, great central location just minutes from Bui Vien and Ben Thanh Market, functional washer and dryer and great views of the city. Hosts were great communicators and very helpful throughout our stay.

A great little apartment with everything you need, away from the hustle and bustle of centre of town but close enough to be in the centre in no time at all. Decent sized beds and fully furnished exactly what we needed!

Sophie’s apartment was excellent. Beautiful home and very comforting in a great location that was an easy walk to lots of places. Sophie was so nice, friendly and helpful, she really made our stay easy and enjoyable
