We spent 10 days in this lovely house and had a great time. The house is very tidy, the village is small and quiet, and the neighbors are very nice. We really enjoyed our stay, and had a very relaxing holiday.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! Helena is one of the friendliest hosts we've ever had. She was always available and more than helpful. She not only provides accommodation but a temporary home. We felt more than comfortable in this dreamy house and had nothing to complain about. The amenities are great, especially the covered outdoor kitchen with grill. A travel cot was provided for our baby and there was a first aid basket with breakfast for us. Through the walled garden, we had a super relaxed time with the dog and without exception everyone had a nice stress-free time. We would come back anytime!

We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

The vacation home was found as described! The outdoor area with pool is very well maintained and beautifully lit in the evening. The interior is tastefully furnished and very clean! The kitchen equipment is excellent, everything that was needed was found. The location of the house is very quiet and idyllic! It is about 25 minutes by car to the beach. Communication with Boris was impeccable! The vacation home is recommended!

We have now been to this wonderful accommodation for the second time - and again absolutely thrilled! It almost feels like a second home now. Everything was perfect as the first time: the warm communication, the lovingly furnished house, the cleanliness and the small details that make the stay so special. You can just see how much love and care has gone into everything here. This time, too, everything was perfectly prepared – fresh bed linen, fresh towels, a fully equipped kitchen and many nice little things that made us feel at home immediately. The location is quiet, but central, with everything you need in the immediate vicinity. We will definitely come back - and are already looking forward to the next time. Excellent stay at Marsha’s apartment. Exactly as the pictures show and even better in person. We loved how charming the unit was with some well taken care of antique furniture. Waking up to the arena everyday was a treat. Centrally located while still super easy to park around. We opted to pay (via the city) to do street parking, and we always found a spot right outside. Was a great base for us while exploring south istrian wines, beaches, and towns. Highly recommend, and hope we will return!

It definitely looks the same as in the pictures, the view is amazing, a beach near by same as a grocery store, we enjoyed our stay here, I would highly recommend🫶🏻 thank you!

This is one of the top places I’ve ever stayed- the view outside the apt of the Colosseum was amazing. Waking up to that view was a dream! Coffee was stocked, and Samantha even had cookies for us! The beds were comfy, and the apt was just so perfectly decorated. A++++! Great location- there is no better space than this apt in Pula!

It was a comfortable accommodation that was well-equipped with everything. There was a wireless vacuum cleaner, so I was able to clean it right away whenever I needed it. The location was a bit far from the tourist destinations, but it was all accessible within 10-20 minutes by car. There were two large grocery stores around the house, so I was able to use them conveniently during my stay.

Massive massive thank you to Marino who treated us like his own guests, ensured we knew where to go and what to do. Even picked us up from the airport (can't expect him to do this every time but it goes to show his friendliness). Thanks for everything Marino and you made this trip special for us.

Maja is a lovely host, very warm and welcoming! I arrived by bus from Zagreb and she picked me up from the bus stop in Brseč. The village Brseč is very lovely. The studio is cute and feels a bit like a cave, but a very clean and well equipped cave :) I have cooked my own meals and it's great that in Brseč there is also a little supermarket. The view from the terrace is indeed spectacular and it's so nice to spend time there, hearing and seeing the birds, looking at the insects and all the different plants, the beautiful skies and off course the forever blue Adriatic Sea. I look forward to staying here again!

We had such a great stay! Loved spending time on the huge veranda taking in the beautiful views!! Hosts were so welcoming and accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and provided us with such wonderful personalized recommendations for exploring the area. The apartment was so comfortable and so clean!! Highly recommend!!

Beautiful outlook towards the amphitheatre. Couldn’t get enough of the view. Also had a view of the port. House larger than pictured. Extremely clean. Host had very clear instructions was very helpful. Could walk into the town. Loads of restaurants. Could catch local buses to many places. Which we did. Really enjoyable stay. Thank you. We had a great stay at Tea’s apartment. Everything was immaculate. The apartment was perfectly placed for the city- could walk to everything easily. Apartment well equipped with everything you need/. We enjoyed the sunsets on the balcony. Communication was brilliant- lots of recommendations for places to eat/things to see. Would definitely return.

The moment you open the front door you have a view of the bay right through the apartment. Unforgettable. The apartment is well furnished, tastefully decorated and has all you need for a few days at the seaside. A big mall is in walking distance with EV chargers in the park house. Free of charge. Great.

Sanja was very nice and gave us many recommendations. The flat is very spacious and the interior and equipment of very high quality so I think one could even cook there properly unlike in most Airbnbs. Everything needed was provided. Free parking in front of the house was very useful. There is a supermarket very close by and the centre with the amphitheatre can be reached by a short walk. The street for going to Premantura is also close by. It's also rather quiet, we slept with open window. Highly recommended.

The warm welcome by "Maria" was the first step to a 10-day break. We immediately felt well received. There is a parking space for the car right by the house. There are also 2 bikes available. Very clean and cozy apartment in a quiet location. The amenities are excellent. The beautiful harbor and the old town are a 10-15 minute walk away. The hosts are very friendly, caring and helpful.
