Sehr schönes Appartement mitten in Istrien! Ideal, um in kurzer Zeit Rovinj, Pula oder Opatija zu erreichen. Wunderschöne ruhige Lage, perfekt ausgestattet. Emanuela und ihre Familie haben uns herzlich aufgenommen und uns sogar ihren Weinkeller gezeigt - samt Verkostung. Liebevoll restauriertes Steinhaus mit gepflegtem Garten und Parkplatz direkt beim Haus. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Boligen levede op til vores standarter. Vi syntes boligen var ren og pæn - der var intet at klage over. 2 rene og pæne badeværelser, værelserne havde en god størrelse og havde aircondition, hvilket var et kæmpe plus. Naboerne omkring var venlige. Boligen indholdt dejlig skyggemulighed, hvis solen blev for meget. Poolen havde en perfekt størrelse og var ren og pæn. Solsengene var perfekte. Huset ligger i et stille og roligt område, hvor man ikke bliver generet af for meget støj

one of the nicest airbnb's I have used , very clean ,has everything one needs and more ,washing machine ,dishwasher ,mosquito net in the wondows which makes such a differance ,and the host and his family are very friendly ,so 10/10

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

Die Unterkunft war für den Preis sehr angemessen und sehr groß für zwei Personen. Der Pool sowie der Garten waren zur Entspannung perfekt gestaltet. Martin war immer erreichbar für uns. Alles zusammen hat es uns sehr gefallen, gerne wieder.

Der Aufenthalt war absolut hervorragend – die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und genau wie beschrieben. Die Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme sehr gerne wieder. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Krnica! Das Haus war sehr gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet und bot alles, was wir für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt brauchten. Besonders schön war der kleine Hof, in dem wir jeden Morgen gemütlich frühstücken konnten – begleitet vom beruhigenden Gackern der Hühner aus der Nachbarschaft. Maja war unglaublich freundlich, stets hilfsbereit und hat uns mit vielen wertvollen Insider-Tipps versorgt, die unseren Urlaub noch bereichert haben. Dank unseres Autos konnten wir problemlos tolle Ausflüge unternehmen – ob nach Rijeka, zu den Plitvicer Seen, nach Medulin oder zu traumhaften Stränden wie Kap Kamenjak. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung❤️!

Vi var tre kamerater som bodde i leiligheten til Masha. Vi hadde et helt fantastisk opphold her – dette er uten tvil en av de vakreste Airbnb-ene vi noensinne har bodd på! Leiligheten var nydelig, superren og hadde alt vi trengte, men høydepunktet var definitivt den uforglemmelige balkongen med utsikt som tok pusten fra oss. Parkering rett utenfor gjorde alt veldig praktisk, og beliggenheten var perfekt for å utforske Pula. Verten Masha var utrolig hyggelig og imøtekommende – varm, hjelpsom og oppriktig opptatt av at vi skulle trives. Vi følte oss veldig velkomne fra første øyeblikk. Tusen takk for et uforglemmelig opphold – vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

Everything was even better than the pictures, especially the garden. The apartment is rally sweet with original rustic details. The host, Klara is extremely nice and full of good advice of what to see and where to go. All in all, if we come to Istria again, we will try to stay here :)

This is one of the top places I’ve ever stayed- the view outside the apt of the Colosseum was amazing. Waking up to that view was a dream! Coffee was stocked, and Samantha even had cookies for us! The beds were comfy, and the apt was just so perfectly decorated. A++++! Great location- there is no better space than this apt in Pula!

모든 것이 잘 갖추어진 편안한 숙소였습니다. 무선 청소기가 있어서 필요할때 마다 바로바로 청소가 가능했습니다. 위치는 관광지에서 조금 떨어져있었지만 차로 10~20분 안에 모두 이동이 가능했습니다. 집 주변에 대형마트가 두곳이나 있어 지내는 동안 편리하게 이용할 수 있었습니다.

Massive massive thank you to Marino who treated us like his own guests, ensured we knew where to go and what to do. Even picked us up from the airport (can't expect him to do this every time but it goes to show his friendliness). Thanks for everything Marino and you made this trip special for us.

Maja is a lovely host, very warm and welcoming! I arrived by bus from Zagreb and she picked me up from the bus stop in Brseč. The village Brseč is very lovely. The studio is cute and feels a bit like a cave, but a very clean and well equipped cave :) I have cooked my own meals and it's great that in Brseč there is also a little supermarket. The view from the terrace is indeed spectacular and it's so nice to spend time there, hearing and seeing the birds, looking at the insects and all the different plants, the beautiful skies and off course the forever blue Adriatic Sea. I look forward to staying here again!

Wunderschöne großzügige, saubere und moderne Wohnung mit traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer. Auch der Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Zur Begrüßung erhielten wir frisches Obst und Blumen. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Sehr positiv auch der eigene Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück und die Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps durch die Gastgeber.

Beautiful outlook towards the amphitheatre. Couldn’t get enough of the view. Also had a view of the port. House larger than pictured. Extremely clean. Host had very clear instructions was very helpful. Could walk into the town. Loads of restaurants. Could catch local buses to many places. Which we did. Really enjoyable stay. Thank you. Ich habe mich bei Mara sehr wohlgefühlt! Die Unterkunft ist sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt in einer wunderschönen, ruhigen Umgebung – perfekt für alle, die ein bisschen abschalten möchten. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die offene und ehrliche Kommunikation: Als es vor Ort zu unerwarteten Bauarbeiten kam, hat sich Mara sofort gekümmert, beim Gemeindeamt nachgehakt und mir aktiv Lösungsmöglichkeiten angeboten. So viel Engagement erlebt man selten! Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft! Ich komme gerne wieder :)

Sanja was very nice and gave us many recommendations. The flat is very spacious and the interior and equipment of very high quality so I think one could even cook there properly unlike in most Airbnbs. Everything needed was provided. Free parking in front of the house was very useful. There is a supermarket very close by and the centre with the amphitheatre can be reached by a short walk. The street for going to Premantura is also close by. It's also rather quiet, we slept with open window. Highly recommended.

Es war alles wie Beschrieben und man hatte einen wunderbaren Aussicht auf das Meer. Ksenija war immer erreichbar wenn etwas war und sehr freundlich.

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.

Wir waren vom 19. bis 25. Mai 2025 bei Sara in Pula (Valkane) zu Gast und hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Sara ist eine herzliche, offene Gastgeberin, die fließend Italienisch und Englisch spricht. Wir hatten das Apartment 1 eine sehr saubere, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, zwei Klimaanlagen und einem kleinen Balkon. Alles war super gepflegt, die Toilette und das gesamte Apartment blitzsauber. Die Aussicht auf das Meer war traumhaft! Die Lage ist ruhig, mit schönem Garten und sogar frischen Früchten – gleichzeitig ist alles, was man braucht (Supermarkt, Strand, Altstadt), schnell erreichbar. Sara hat uns alles genau erklärt und war während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!
