The Suwannee River Manor is located West of Gainesville Florida. Situated on a peaceful 10-acre property surrounded by a beautiful landscape of large canopy trees and overlooks the historic Suwannee River. The six-bedroom, four-bathroom, 4,000 square foot house sits on a quiet and private landscape and offers plenty of space for your friends and family to stay. A queen size bed, closet, full bath, & a leather sleeper (queen) couch round out the inside. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, pedestal sink & elongated toilet. Outside is a grill with a side burner. A large, screened porch with picnic table, outdoor seating, lights & fan. Private circular drive.

It features 2 bedrooms on the main level with a hall bathroom and a master bedroom upstairs with its own en suite bathroom plus sitting area. It easily sleeps up to 8 guests and allows 2 dogs with a paid pet fee. Large screen porch and back yard will be a perfect space for the kids or dogs to run and play. Fully furnished plus has high speed internet and propane grill to make your summer a little sweeter.
