Here you live in a small architect-designed studio house surrounded by ocean and forest with access to a jetty below the plot, several swimming areas and lovely walking trails in the area. Compact living with all the comforts. With us, you live in the archipelago with direct access to Stockholm city and with proximity to boats that take you further out in the archipelago. With a little luck, you can see both deer and moose up close. Fågelbro Golf & Country Club is within cycling distance. Spa and several restaurants are located in the nearby area.

Fresh air in a quiet forest environment

All to itself, at the far end of our plot lies our little cottage in a forest glade. It's calm and quiet here. Just nature and at bathing suit distance there is a warm bathing lake. The whole area is traversed by lovely walking paths and it is just under one km down to the bay. Herrbret, which we call the cottage, has a lovely deck in a sunny position in the front. Everything is fresh and newly built in the old-style but with modern standards and equipment. The cottage is intended as a nice relaxing oasis for two people in the vicinity of nature

Since the host couple sometimes recharges their batteries here, the kitchen is fully equipped and the decor chosen with the utmost care.

Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Huset ligger 1 km från ICA och de 3 badstränder som finns i närheten. kök, vattentoalett, tvättmaskin, kyl/frys, TV 52 tum, App TV, Wifi, egen altan med parasoll. Egen uteplats. Parkering vid garaget. Soffan fälls ner till en 120 cm säng, extra massa finns Självincheckning sker via en "kodbox" där nyckeln finns, se bilder, kod kommer vid bokning.

Cozy little cottage in Stavsnäs village. Close to nature.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, cozy home. Just three minutes away is the beach and sea. Stroll around the village and possibly stop at the local bakery. The house has everything you need to stay in it all year round. You can park next to the house. You can also take a direct bus from Slussen that takes about 50 minutes. Big sun deck connected to the pier..From the indoor sauna you easily reach the pier via the outdoor deck and staircase, perfect for summer as well as winter. Possibility to rent a smaller boat upon availabily for trips in the neighbouring area as well as good for waterskiing and tube.
