We loved this place! Absolutely wonderful location and excellent views! Easy parking and in a charming little village. We especially loved how close it was to Ferdinand Winery (be sure to visit for an excellent tour and tasking) and close to Restaurant Belica and you do NOT want to miss it- the food is exceptional (we went twice!) Again stay here and visit these locations you’ll very happy you did

Very nice, quiet and private accommodation. Good spot to explore the nearby and further surroundings in Italy and Slovenia. Car is recommended. Interesting cultural offerings in Gorizia/Nova Goriza. The nearby karst mountains offer great views of the Alps and the Adriatic coast on challenging routes. Food & enjoy: local wine from Cormóns (ITA) and Brda (SLO), temporary broom farms in the mountain villages with nice table neighbors from the area, great bakeries on both sides of the border

We loved our experience in the little cabin. Manca was very available to accommodate us and meet our needs, she and her boyfriend were very kind and welcoming. The cabin is located on a small hill above the house, the host has built small steps to access it, but you have to expect to go up and down the small hill every day. The cabin is warm and you can see a beautiful view of the adjacent hills and even the stars at night! You sleep very well and there are almost no mosquitoes. The accommodation is also in a mountain so it's better to have a car to get around. I highly recommend it for those who love nature and extraordinary experiences!

My stay at Genny's was very nice. The location is great, on foot a lot is very accessible such as the castle, the Piazza della Vittoria, the Via Rastello, etc. My car was in the fenced parking lot the whole time. Genny has a lot of information material in the apartment, so I could also decide on one or the other viewing directly on site. I was on the road a lot, and in the evening I could sit comfortably on the balcony. Air conditioning is also available for the hot summer months. All in all, a great accommodation in the beautiful city of Gorizia, which I can recommend.
