Holiday rentals with a patio in Docklands

It is very convenient to stay here with so much amenities around and right next to Southern Cross station, the location is also quite centralised so it is walkable to most places, Yvonne has been a fantastic host, making sure that we enjoyed our stay, she's also been kind and flexible to ensure our check in and out is smooth. To top it all off, the view is amazing! Definitely will recommend this place to stay in Melbourne and choose here again if we are back again.

One of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. I stayed for 4 days, with my husband and toddler. The apartment is immaculate, clean and spacious with every amenity and appliance you could need. Lovely linen and towels provided, all the basic condiments for cooking, tea and coffee and even a welcome pack of TimTams and a bottle of wine. The apartment is on the 68th floor of the building and the view is spectacular. It took our breath away! Many transport options and food options are only a step away with the trains, trams and buses practically on your doorstep making it very easy to get around Melbourne. The best part of all, the hosts are exceptionally responsive and friendly and flexible to cater to your stay. We will be back for sure. 11/10! Thanks again Heath & Alex 😊

I had a fantastic stay at Queenie’s Airbnb! The place was incredibly clean and tidy, making it feel welcoming from the moment I walked in. Located in the heart of the city, it couldn't be more convenient—public transport was easily accessible, which made exploring the area a breeze. One of the highlights was the amazing city views, which added a special touch to my experience. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy the best of the city!

This was our third stay at 'Albert View'. Great apartment. Close to public transport, restaurants and convenient stores. The view is magnificient - St. Kilda Boulevard, Botanic Gardens and the city skyline. Anna is a great host, very approachable and always available to assist with any inquiries. Highly recommended. We will be back again soon - a home away from home!

My daughter & I had a fantastic stay at Chris’ lovely apartment. The views from the floor-to-ceiling windows were breathtaking, especially at sunset! The apartment was spotlessly clean upon arrival, neat, tidy and well-kept. It had everything we needed for our stay & Chris was very responsive & gave great local recommendations for places to eat. The apartment is extremely well-located, with a cafe below, a Woolworths and loads of delicious restaurants & cafes right nearby. The Queen Victoria Markets and Melbourne Central are both a short walk away. We didn’t use the gym nor pool, both located on Level 7, simply because we ran out of time! Thank you so much for having us stay in your beautiful apartment, Chris. It was perfect! We look forward to staying again, when we next visit Melbourne. Many thanks and warmest regards.

Fantastic apartment with everything you need! Was big enough for the 3 of us. It was immaculate and fresh. Location was very convenient and easy access to everything. Emma was fantastic with communication. Parking was a bit hard to find but we will definitely be back.

The perfect home away from home. Everything inside the apartment was carefully designed and thought out. Emily was a wonderful host and was responsive throughout our stay.

Monty’s townhouse has been beautifully renovated and finished to have you everything you need and more. The kitchen has to be one of the best I’ve used through Airbnb, stocked with everything you need from cake tins, cocktail glasses to organic basics. Monty took care of us by arranging a high chair and a late check out. We felt really happy with our stay :)

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

House is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Excellent communication with the host. My child left behind a motion sensor light under the pillow and we managed to retrieve it by texting host on communication channel. He even went to meet us to pass it back to us several days later.Thank you so much! ◡̈

Loved our stay! The house was super clean, felt really homely, and had great appliances. It’s in an awesome spot—everything was walking distance. There was a brief power issue (seemed like a neighbourhood thing), but Emily responded super fast and was great to deal with. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely amazing stay! We are a family of 4 and loved our stay at this place. It was very clean and super comfortable. Kids enjoyed the games, books and music! Such a beautiful spot to stay at if you’re looking to feel relaxed and at home after a day exploring, or even just to enjoy the home itself! Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

amazing view and location!! unit is sparkling clean and sophie is very responsive to queries. there is a designated parking space at the unit hence making it very convenient if you re driving. check in check out instructions are very clear , arrived just before midnight and had a swift getting the keys. walking distance to spencer outlet and free tram zone is just down the road. highly recommended

Scenic view from the apartment on the seafront. Comfortable well equipped and within 10 minute walk of a grocer and train station.

Aman is a great landlord, he always quick reply to the message. It's really helpful for us to make next plan. Sorry for him about the midnight check-in. However, he's still let us get the key ASAP. Apricate him.

Tamar’s place was exactly as described in an unbeatable location and stocked with all amenities and the view from the balcony was spectacular . It’s a prefect place to explore Melbourne and easy to travel using public transport. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Melbourne.
