A spacious independently accessed annex on the Evesham Road conveniently located for the RSC. We are located a mile from Stratford Upon Avon town centre, it is a 20 min stroll either by road or along the River Avon. A 5 min walk to the racecourse. The annex comprises of a bathroom with shower and bath, a bedroom with a fridge and kettle and a conservatory with sofa and television. Also a South facing outside patio area to yourselves.

Set is a huddle of cottages just a 2 minute walk from Ann Hathaway's cottage it offers a comfortable and convenient place to explore Shakespeare's Stafford upon Avon.

A mile from Stratford Upon Avon town centre.Designated off street parking, accessible by local transport, or a pleasant walk by the River Avon into the town. Quiet and secluded. Easy walking distance to the RSC either by road or by the River path. Our aim is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We as a family have lived here 30 years.

North Piddle self-contained studio

Self contained spacious annex with your own front door, en-suite bathroom, fridge, kettle, microwave, smart TV, hair dryer, seating area and desk space. There is a king size bed and, if requested, a second memory foam mattress on the floor. The studio is completely separate from the main house. There is ample off-road, private parking on the property and you are welcome to use the garden.
