Holiday rentals with a patio in Dollard-Des Ormeaux

Jessica’s place was spotless, well stocked and very comfortable. The washer and dryer were convenient and there is good parking. Jessica was very responsive and gave good recommendations. Highly recommended.

Great location in downtown Montreal. Private and quiet considering the downtown location. Surrounded by lots of restaurants, shops and easy access to public transportation. It is a great place to explore the culture and the big city vib of Montreal.

There were 4 of us visiting and we loved the apartment. It's spacious, well equipped and located perfectly. We took advantage of the outdoor deck and grill and spent evenings cooking and chatting. Stanza staff is always super attentive and answered all my questions quickly and accurately

Apartment was beautiful, clean and amenities were great. WiFi, washer and dryer even a dishwasher. Close to metro stations to get to Montreal- free parking and ask for a metro line map. The visitor center was very helpful with activities to do. IGA grocery store comparable to Whole Foods. Parking spot was easy to fit our Dodge Ram 1500.

Visited Montreal with the girlfriend for couple days. Marilyne's place was perfect. Not too far from downtown. Quiet, peaceful, clean. Perfect for a little getaway Would recommend to others.

Roger was a really friendly host and his place was as described which is a nice apartment right in the heart of Montreal's Plateau. Just prior to coming he reached out to us to ensure we were comfortable as to what to do and how to get in and left us his number to call in case of any hiccups. He even offered an early check in in case we needed it which we did not but was nice of him to offer. Easy as 1-2-3. Plenty of things to do and see in that area and a stone's throw away from the Metro if you want to explore other parts of the city and lots of easily accessible grocery stores. We came in a car and Roger helpfully guided us on how to buy a daily street parking permit without skipping a beat. We enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation on this place as its in such an ideal location. Thanks a lot, Roger.

The place was clean and host was responsive. The only thing that was a bit inconvenient was finding parking on street and indoor parking was full as well.

Visiting from the US! Just what we needed! Went there and stayed for the Canadian Grand Prix f1 weekend. About a 45 minute drive to the metro station for the yellow line. It’s not perfect as far as some Airbnb's go that you pay $$$ for. It is however perfect for a place to relax, sleep, watch TV and have a quiet place to stay. It is close to stores and some restaurants. All within about 15 minutes or so. You can tell it’s lived in and it has its little flaws. Don’t let that deter you from staying here as it was worth every penny. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

Jason was very responsive to all of my questions. 10 minutes into Old Montreal with car. When we realized the toaster didn't work, Jason had one over to the house by the time we got back from touring downtown. Great host to work with!!! Highly recommend this place!!!

Nabil was probably one of the best hosts we have encountered amongst Airbnb owners. Extremely responsive, helpful with local suggestions, communication and more. He covers all the details so you don't have to. If you are staying in the Montreal area, you should consider staying here if the space meets your needs. Local transportation was good too. The location was super convenient to all the great restaurants in Old Montreal, easy walk to McGill and convenient metro stop nearby. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Gabrielle was lovely and responded quickly to questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in the city and hope to be back soon! Highlights… botanical gardens, hike up Mont Royal and light show at Notre Dame. Great restaurants… Mélisse for brunch, Wolf & Workman for pot pie and fish pie, Pub St Pierre for drinks, Fiorellino for pizza, Café Nocturne for coffee & pastries and Ripples for the best ice cream! Jonathan is a perfect host. Everything is done in his home to make you feel at home and his hospitality is great. The apartment is very clean, very well equipped and very pleasant. Ideal for 4. It is very well located, in a quiet environment, close to all types of shops, halfway between Old Montreal and the Plateau Mont Royal and close to the metro. Street parking is free but not allowed everywhere, Jonathan is available to indicate which place to use We were able to leave our luggage a few hours after returning the accommodation to enjoy Montreal before taking the plane Highly recommended!

Our family of six stayed in Jason and Eric's place for five nights. From the first question I had before even booking till the day we left they were very quick to respond to any and all questions we had. So communication was really great. The house was very spacious for the six of us. The younger kids loved having three floors to explore, we all had our space and three and a half bathrooms was great. The house was very clean and bright!! Lots of huge windows but also the recessed lighting was amazing on the first floor. We used the dart board and had a lot of fun with that. The location was great, we crossed the street to the park daily. It was a short walk to Mont Royal and we did it every day for some groceries, bagels or shopping. it was a 50 min walk to old town which we did twice. We did a ton of walking around Montreal and the house was always a great place to come home to. Comfy beds were appreciated too!! If in Montreal again we would stay here again!

Good place to stay on a beautiful street and great host. About a 10min walk to the metro station. Clean residence and AC in all the bedrooms. The relatively thin walls made us a bit wary of our noise, especially with kids, but turned out not to be a problem after all. Would stay here again as it is really a great place to stay, and next to ChefMak which had great food!!!!!! Eric was easy to talk to and very responsive and helpful.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo, a solid 5-star experience. We look forward to staying again in the future and will be happy to recommend it to friends.
