There is a beautiful cathedral and the square with its famous polo mint trees is just a ten minute walk from the apartment. Almoradi is a 15 minute drive from the coast at Guardamar, which has beautiful beaches. Torrevieja is around a 20 minute drive away. Alicante airport can be reached within half an hour. Almoradi enjoys very hot summers and mild winters - the sun shines well in excess of 300 days per year!
