Welcome to our peaceful retreat, ideally located for a comfortable and memorable stay. This home combines stone charm, modernity, and convenience. A stone's throw from the center of Dolus d 'Oléron and 15 minutes by bike from Le Treuil beach. Our accommodation offers a living room with seating area and equipped kitchen, a shower room and upstairs a bedroom( attention the staircase that leads to the bedroom is steep and narrow!!!). A small outdoor area great for eating and getting some fresh air.

The main house, the Swallow, is made of a large and luminous living room with a direct view to the pool, Open kitchen, and under the roof space for children. 4 bedrooms including 2 parental suites, and 1 additionnal bathroom. Seprated WCs. Large and opened, it will be the ideal living space for all your stay.

PLEASE NOTE: from July 27 to August 31, bookings are only from Saturday to Saturday.
