Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Dominica

I understand the practicality of not giving a 100 ✨️ but if I could if would be for this host. Julius was very friendly and accommodating. I appreciated that his values were family oriented for his house rules as it matched my family perfectly. Definitely perfect for children due to the importance of an alcohol and illicit substance free zone. Everything is labeled and you are always helped with having fresh linen replaced. I would definitely recommend making host's life easier by actually telling them what goes on in detail. They appreciate it! Very understanding, extremely informative and very kind. Everything about our stay was IMPECCABLE. Superior host.

Absolutely Perfect Getaway! Three Peaks Mountain Lodge was exactly what I needed after a long, intense semester in medical school. The location is peaceful, private, and offers absolutely stunning views—it truly feels like a hidden oasis. The home is well-stocked with everything you need, including a generous breakfast setup. Mr. Joseph and Khadijah are incredible hosts! From the welcome shots of local flavors to their warm hospitality and quick responses, they made everything seamless. Keep in mind you’re in the rainforest, so you’ll hear birds and may see a few small creatures—but nothing was ever a problem. If you’re looking for a relaxing, nature-filled escape with thoughtful hosts and amazing scenery, this is the place. I’ll definitely be returning—and I’ve already recommended it to friends and family!

Lovely spacious apartment equipped with all modern utensils, appliances, furnishings one could need. Very responsive, flexible host. Great location, quick and easy access to Roseau. Excellent stay and highly recommend.

They did a great job accommodating a relatively last-minute reservation. The house is just over a hill from the construction site for the new airport, so even though it's close you don't have any noise or ugly views. There are some restaurants/bars 10-15 minutes to the West in/near Calibishie. The best beach on the island (Batibou) is also close. However, other major sites are 45+ minutes away. It's a very quiet corner of Dominica.

We have had the most wonderful stay with Jan and Pavla, they have been so nice to help with activities, lending snorkel gear, cooler bag and bananas from the garden. It's been a great experience, we'd love to go back and stay here.

We really enjoyed Cornell's home. It felt like our own slice of paradise. The view is amazing. The house was a bit hard to find, but we managed, would not want to try and find it in the dark. The area has some nice restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying at Cornell's.

Location Location. Access to transportation. Welcoming, homey, the kitchen was perfect for me. wonderful kind people. Great food.

Absolutely loved our stay in thus cosy apartment. Nestles in a prime location, everything from eateries to shops and public transport was just a short walk away. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, good service and convenience.

We loved our stay at Jems Eco lodge! For sure an adventure we will never forget. If you love nature you will enjoy your stay so much. This accommodation has a really Cool concept and spirit. We strongly recommend!

If you need to stay on the SW side of the island this place is perfect. Literally an unbeatable view, comfy digs, and amazing hosts. A 40 min walk from downtown Roseau and a quiet neighborhood...except for the soothing sounds of frogs and birds. thanks so much guys!

Great apartment downtown. Very close walk to the ferry stop, central market and all other local places. Loud at night with cars and dogs woke us up each morning at sunrise. They communicated really well and had great recommendations for tour guides and restaurants

Definitely felt at home. Never knew this location had such a wonderful view especially for carnival season. Dre is very open when comes to communication. Will definitely book again in the near future.

OMG…where to start? Isha was one of the best host I’ve encountered. With all my travels there has been only one other person I would say that about. As soon as I walked into the place I felt at home! It was so beautiful. So nicely decorated. Usually I feel the need to clean or at least spray lysol, but not there. The whole place was spotless. And matched the pictures perfectly! It was so quiet and peaceful there. The mattress was so comfortable. I used the local bus to get there and it was very easy to find. The checkin instructions were the best I’ve ever gotten, so easy to get in. There is a very nice restaurant and market, within 1-2 minutes walk. I didn’t walk to the beach because I did a day tour, but I understand there is a nice one within a short walk. If I find I need a stay in Calibishie, this is where I will be staying.

We loved staying for 3 weeks in this apartment. It is one level up with an amazing water view of the bay. You literally feel like if you reach out you could touch the water :-) We were spoiled during our stay as Hilma took care of anything & everything we needed. Simply put, she ended up feeling like family. The Lighthouse apartment was exceptionally clean and is beautifully decorated. Please note that if you’re a light sleeper you may want to bring earplugs. Without them the roosters and occasional barking dogs might disturb your sleep. That being said our family of 4 slept great there and we all loved this place. We are definitely looking forward to coming back to This Airbnb.

quiet ideal location with beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea the apartment is spacious, the bedrooms nice, the kitchen functional ( only a counter is a little missing to cook..) the pool available is a real plus. anyway, we will definitely come back to this place in a good location to go to the beach!

We rented Castle 2, and 4! Enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, the space and amenities of each unit, the availability and guidance from Rob (the host), and the proximity to Roseau and other must sees! Highly recommend these units!

Johnathan and Gilly were exceptional hosts; super friendly and welcoming. Gilly greeted us with a handwritten welcome card and was flexible with check-in/check-out. The house itself is stunningly clean, well-kept, and the kitchen is fully functional and equipped with everything you could possibly need— I especially appreciated the standing mixer! The fridge was generously stocked to help us settle in, including a bottle of wine, local snacks and dry goods. Each bedroom had fresh flowers, linens clean and fresh with TONS of closet and storage space. The bathrooms came with lovely local toiletries. Pool is well-maintained and perfect for evening swims. I appreciated the washer/dryer with laundry pods and the first aid kit which shows the kind of care the hosts put into every detail. The area is super peaceful even with neighbors nearby, very tranquil and private. I’m sad the stay was so short, but I’ll absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Dominica. I will be back. Very pleasant stay in a well located apartment, close enough to the center of Portsmouth, ideal for getting around by bus in the north of the island. Naome is friendly and friendly, and her instructions to arrive were very clear.

We had a wonderful stay at this airbnb. We were looking for somewhere towards the middle/bottom half of the island for part of our trip, but away from the busier Roseau, and this spot was perfect. Isabella is a wonderful host. She is proactive with communication, very welcoming and easily reachable. We had no problems during our stay here at all. We truly appreciated the water, fruit and little snacks she provided as well. AC works well, water pressure is good, bed was comfortable and lots of space in the airbnb. The views from the outdoor balcony porches are very nice! Also greatly appreciated having an easy side of the road parking space available for us. We always rent a vehicle when traveling, so this is nice to have. Thanks again!

I really enjoyed my stay with naome. Didn’t see her much due to me being out a lot of the time. When we did meet she was very friendly and helpful. The room itself was very pleasant and great value for money. I would highly recommend that if you’re in the area to stay at naomes you won’t regret it in the slightest.
