The house has WiFi The closest beach is 20 minutes on foot (5min driving) while the beaches of Su Giudeu and Sa Tuerredda are less than 15 minutes away by car

Enjoy peace and total relaxation while the sun accompanies you from morning until evening. In just 4–5 minutes by bike, you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches in Italy, supermarkets, the Chia Laguna Hotel, and a variety of excellent restaurants. I know the area like the back of my hand and will be happy to help you discover it like a local.

For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
