Surrounded by a 200,000 sqm natural park bordering the Gutturu Mannu natural park, an oasis of enormous natural interest with the presence of free-roaming deer and fallow deer. A few minutes from the beautiful Is Molas Golf course, and from the town of Pula you will find the Archaeological site of Nora, as well as its beaches. Just 15-20 minutes away, you will find the beautiful beaches of Chia.

IUN R9234 Casa Graziosa is located in a beautiful countryside where peace and bliss reign, just a few minutes' drive from the most renowned beaches of Chia. From the terrace you can admire a beautiful setting, in which the Tower of Chia and the bright blue of the sea stand out. The interior of the house, divided into two floors, is extremely functional and cared for in every detail, multi-equipped and equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and air conditioning in all rooms.

The terrace is the real gem of the house, treat yourself with a warm bath in the Jacuzzi from which you can enjoy a priceless view on the city.

For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
