The house consists of a garden, a huge terrace, inside an elegant air-conditioned open space consisting of a kitchen with a peninsula where you can enjoy the sea view, a spacious living room with a sofa that can be transformed into a comfortable bed with 2 other seats, an air-conditioned bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed for children or friends, a bathroom with two toilets provided with linen. Pets are welcome. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.

The apartment offers a large veranda with a splendid view of the sparkling sea of Sardinia, framed by palm trees and the island of San Macario with the ancient Spanish Tower, in the distance the tourist port of Perd'è Sali. Before being kissed by the sun, you can dive into the crystal clear water below the house. The mixed pebble/sand beach is about 50 meters away. It is also the ideal base for exploring all of South Sardinia and its magnificent beaches and landscapes.

Comprende due camere da letto (una con letto matrimoniale, una con due letti singoli), un bagno, cucina e soggiorno in open space, lavanderia.
