The Annex is a newly renovated apartment which is situated at the rear of my home with its own keyed entrance set in a convenient location 1 mile from Bangor’s town centre.  The Annex is a fresh, double bedroom apartment with a pull out chair bed.  It sleeps 3 very comfortably so is perfect for a family with 1 child or 2-3 adults.  The living area is fitted out with a wall mounted LED television, electric stove fire with table and chairs.  Fresh towels, linen and a hairdryer are also provided.

On a high tide the sea can come within a metre or so from the bottom of the garden. Whilst the beach is a public space it is typically only utilized by the residents due to the limited access points along the shore.
